Very easy to order. Quick delivery within time slot given

Good quality and very good delivery time.

Staff went above and beyond to help.
Brilliant service

Comfortable bed, but the mattress could not be raised with the headboard in place after set up. However with headboard detached bed works perfectly.

Sleepkings is the only company that offered my size of mattress, at a very reasonable price. Ordering was easy with free delivery, with the best tracking system I have ever experienced. It promised a two hour slot, with a map to show where the driver was and how many stops before mine. So cool to watch the delivery progress. No staying in all day, no stress, and delivery dead on the middle of my slot. Excellent service - Thank you

My order was a few days late, but they fixed the problem. Reliable company, I highly recommend it to anyone.

Bed is perfect service was very good

Rapid response

All went very well explained everything. To me

Brilliant company. We ordered an electric bed for my 90 year old mum. She slept in it twice and then she had a stroke and was hospitalised and then into a permanent nursing home. We phoned the company and dealt with a lovely lady called Andrea. They went above and beyond and extremely sympathetic to our situation. They arranged a collection and gave us a refund for the full amount. Unbelievably good customer service, so rare these days. No hesitation in recommending this great company.

Placed my order late Friday just before the bank holiday Monday, contacted V1 distribution on the Monday and asked if there was any chance of delivery on the Tuesday, explained my mum was in urgent need as she had just come out of hospital, they told me they would see what they could do, delivery came Tuesday morning, the delivery men were friendly, polite, helpful and removed all packaging, absolutely chuffed to bits with the purchase and delivery, highly recommend and would definitely use again, thank you x

Prompt delivery. Good service. Pleasant delivery guys. Very helpful. Highly recommended.

Easy website to use, plenty of information about the choice of beds. Quick confirmation and super quick delivery. Great delivery team too! Bed is perfect, 1st good night sleep in months.

Service was really gd i asked if they did next day delivery and they said no then shortly after I got a message to say they could do it the day after kept me informed of delivery certainly would use them again

Needed quick delivery and they were very helpful.

Wasn't express delivery

The guys who delivered the new bed were amazing, they worked efficiently and professionally, took the old bed down and installed the new one in very quick time. The bed is just as we expected and so comfortable.. Thankyou
