Although the pillow didn't work for me, it's different for everyone. It was very good quality and I can see how it benefits people.
My experience with the Support team was brilliant. I emailed to ask for a return/refund and was answered very promptly. They communicated well, in a timely manner and to great satisfaction. Excellent customer service. I was struggling to get used to the pillow (which I bought to alleviate shoulder and neck pain) and Sherry at the support email was very helpful. Sadly, despite, persevering with all the tips, I couldn't get on with the pillow. The 100 day guarantee is genuine though and I was given a refund almost immediately with no hassle.

I purchased the Sleepsake pillow hoping that it would help my neck pain. But unfortunately for me as a stomach sleeper it wasn’t helping with that. We had problems with the pillows being too firm for our necks and received a full refund for the two pillows and pillowcases . This was exceptional service. The pillows and slips are well made and I recommend this company, our finding them too hard was just personal choice and nothing to do with the products.

The butterfly pillow is beautifully designed, very comfortable, and provides excellent neck and shoulder support.
