Great customer service but product didn’t perform. Despite the hype this pillow did not fix my shoulder issue. What did was buying a new matress.

The company did, however, promptly provide a refund so that was great.

I have fused and partially fused vertebrae in my neck and have had neck pain for years.
I have not had a problem with my neck since receiving and using my Sleepsake butterfly Pillow.
I am recommending it to all my friends who I think could benefit from it.

A great business with amazing customer service. My son absolutely loves the pillow! You can buy from them with your eyes closed. Even if you find the pillow doesn’t suit you for whatever reason, their friendly customer service people will ensure you are refunded without any hassles at all! Like a lot of things on "the internet" i was very sceptical.
However, the relief was instant and I have been sleeping well without any shoulder pain.
Not sure how it actually works, as im sleeping in my sore shoulder and waking up with a fully functional shoulder.

I ordered the butterfly pillow from Sleepsake because I was having pain with my ear, arm and shoulder (osteo arthritis) and hoped that this pillow might help, but after trying it several times, I found it too hard. I contacted Sleepsake who very kindly, straight away, refunded my money and were very understanding. I would totally recommend them.

Although the product wasn’t quite right for me due to prior shoulder and neck issues, I would still highly recommend this product. It’s great quality and the customer service is amazing, the team is prompt with responses and so kind. I will definitely be trying to use this product again and would still recommend to try it out.

This company really honours its guarantee. I was having problems getting comfortable with my pillow and I was promptly sent a video showing the proper sleep position to use. Since it didn't work out for me, a refund was issued the very next day. In this era of scams it's refreshing to get great customer service from a company you can trust.

Awesome company to deal with, even though the pillow did not work for me, nothing wrong with it, its a very well made pillow, just was not for me but they where great to deal with and the refund was very easy so if anyone is on doubt rest assured there is no risk.

I bought the butterfly pillow (not cheap!) and tried it for upwards of a week before finally giving up on it - just not for me. I then wrote Sleepsake customer service to inquire about a refund and they were super responsive and true to their word, offering some extra tips about their product and a very quick refund when I advised I had tried everything. Would 100% recommend this company!

After years of struggling with pillows l was pleasantly surprised after only one night how this pillow helped me. The moment l put my head down it felt right. I woke with no aching neck or painful shoulder. Sleepsake were efficient and informative during the ordering process and after purchase as well. I couldn't be happier. I look forward going to bed now.

I purchased two pillows for my husband and myself. After trialling for 3 weeks, the pillow didn't suit and he was finding it uncomfortable and not relieving the pain in his neck and shoulders. I contacted Sleepsake to let them know I needed to return his pillow, no questions asked and they honoured the 100-night free trial and gave me a full refund.
I love my pillow and it helps release the tension in my neck and shoulders, every night. No complaints from me.

Although the butterfly pillow did not suit me, I am sure it would be very helpful to many others. Service from Sleepsake was outstanding, and I received the full refund as promised in their adverts.

My Sleepsake pillow is the best pillow I have tried and I have bought many pillows over the years. Sleepsake give great customer service as well. I truly recommend these pillows.

My experience with Sleepsake was made positive because of the wonderful customer support. After seeing so many great reviews about how the butterfly pillow helped alleviate people’s pain and symptoms, I thought I’d give it a go hoping it would also assist with mine. Unfortunately I had the opposite experience. I found it quite comfortable but after the first night was already experiencing arthritic pain. I was having daily tension headaches and eventually my chronic pain was triggered into a flare and I realised the pillow was the most likely cause. I gave it 18 nights before contacting support to ask to return both the pillow and pillow case pair but Ali surprisingly refunded me straight away and told me I could keep it, pass it on to someone else or dispose of it. It was actually a relief as I was having too much pain to leave the house at the time. I wish I had a similar experience to others but I am just really appreciative of the understanding and kindness I received.
I would suggest if you also have a significant health issue to perhaps discuss using this pillow with your health team first. Every body is different and sometimes these things don’t work for everyone.
