Sleepy People Avis 368

Bought a few things from Silentnight / Sleepy People. Everything is a game changer for me. I have a 5cm mattress topper, pillow and dehumidifier. The mattress topper is a single and just about fits in my 5kg washing machine! Dries in the drier quickly (for hygiene reasons I don't dry thick items indoors and I don't have a yard). The pillow is very comfortable and the dehumidifier works perfectly and is reasonably cheap to run. It is a little noisy to have on overnight, but with the slower speed and timer function, it suits me fine. Will always recommend Silentnight/ Sleepy People because their products are really good, they last and I haven't had a problem with the delivery. Keep up the good work 💪

Delivery service very poor, only part of order arrived, driver did not knock or ring bell, just dumped stuff and dissappeared, almost impossible to contact carrier, replacement said to be a few days, should be tomorrow at least

I was intending to purchase a Silentnight Airmax 1000 topper for my bed. Having researched availability and costs I went for the advert on Google from Sleepy People at the advert price of £29.99 and free delivery. I went to their site and clicked on the item only to find it +£9 and having to pay delivery charges! (Advert available on request)

It is also noted that there are discounts for certain jobs which I find discriminatory and insulting. Why should this be acceptable to low paid workers and why are these particular high paid jobs singled out? All should be treated equally

Needless to say I will be going elsewhere.

I ordered two of the same item in different colours, only one was delivered (by Evri). Contacted them, was asked for a photo of received items, I sent them a shot of the opened and now happily used one received item. Nothing more for a couple of days and after more chasing as you can see below, a replacement has been sent and happily received. Thank you for rectifying the order.

The delivery was as promised, 3 working days. The pillows I ordered quite good! I'll rate them with 4 stars out of 5 (three weeks after purchase). They do the job for now. I hope they last 1-2 years.

I think i am not the only one who thinks that sleepy people has the best prices and quality products, I bought a pair of pillows and a mattress topper not long ago and I only have 1 word to describe it, 'BRILLIANT'.
