Following an international house move, we found that the assembly instructions and a few pieces of the wardrobe we bought 5 years ago were missing.
We really like that wardrobe so decided to contact their customer service and received a prompt response. They even offered to source and ship the pieces we required from UK to Spain!
This level of customer service is very hard to find!

I contacted Sliding Doors on the off chance they could help me with a wardrobe issue. I have to say they got back to me promptly, went over and above to assist me sending me manuals and contacting the warehouse and makers of my wardrobe and have been able to source the parts which they are sending to me. They did not need to do this and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend Sliding Doors for their quality pieces and after sales service. Thank you again!

I purchased wardrobe and 2 chest of drawers back in 2021, with the previous company and have had all the runners break on my chest of drawers. Even though the company has changed names the customer service was exceptional. They will send the replacement runners free of charge to me. This has restored my faith in good honest customer service, as the runners were poorly fitted. Guys keep being amazing and delivering 5* service and I’m sure when I need to I will use you again ! The communication with Sliding wardrobe team was excellent. The wardrobe looks great and exactly as per the order and fit in really well. It was delivered on the day it was meant to be delivered and got fitted within 40minutes by professional people. Highly recommended!

Not only was my beautiful mirrored sliding door wardrobe delivered and installed several years ago impeccably, no mess and friendly installers - but now I am moving home they have been so responsive and helpful in how to dismantle and rebuild. The wardrobe quality is supreme and I have loved it since I bought it!
