Fitting date arrived and absolutely love our fitted wardrobes , fitter is an absolute perfectionist! I wasn’t in when he finished to thank him but absolutely blown away with end result!!

We recently purchased two wardrobes from the Sliding Door Wardrobe Company. We had previously purchased two other wardrobes from them many years ago and we are really pleased with the longevity and quality.

We visited the showroom to get ideas and took lots of pictures. Then had the design visit a couple of days later. Fitting was about 3 weeks later. We had a call during the manufacturing period to tweak a high internal shelf that the factory thought needed to be slightly lower. We purchased one standard framed wardrobe and one frameless Hampton wardrobe.

The fitter was exceptional. Amazing workmanship and very clean and tidy. He would hoover after each cut, not just at the end of the job. We turned our king sized bed on its side and removed the mattress- this gave enough space for the fitter. In the smaller room, the single bed was fine left in situ away from the wardrobe space. We covered the beds with dust sheets.

The Sliding Door Wardrobe Company were very competitive on price. We were quoted double the price by Wren for the same size wardrobe (and that was with Wren offering a 50% discount).

From design to fitting we were kept up to date with everything as it happened. Our wardrobes were delivered as expected and fitted in no time at all by the fitter. He took the time when he was finished to show us everything he'd done and had even chased an extension lead around the back of the wardrobes. Top marks.

The process of ordering, buying and fitting was very straightforward and simple. I am really pleased with the wardrobes, which look great in the room. However one of the doors does not close properly and slides open. I contacted the company the day after they were fitted explaining this (almost 3 weeks ago) and was told someone would contact me to come out and look at it. I have had several phone calls from the company, asking if everything is alright; l have given the same reply each time in that I am waiting for someone to come back to me about rectifying the problem. Each time I am told someone will be in touch…to date no one has, so unfortunately the poor after sales service is letting this company down.

Absolutely brilliant, thought there was going to be loads of dust and mess, but I would highly recommend and we are going to have second bedroom done next year, also the customer service is fab and the wardrobes look as I expected, lovely. Thankyou

Have used the company a few times before so was more than happy to return when looking for wardrobes for my daughters house.
Staff are all so friendly and welcoming and you get plenty of time to browse around the showroom without any intervention. If you have any queries. staff are more than happy to help and are very knowledgeable. Lots of choice both internal and external and the designer will produce very detailed plans and again help with a design that will suit your needs.
Fitting is excellent. They are clean, tidy and very careful with your property.

A site visit, with immediate illustration and quote, all within the consultation of 2 hours. Followed by the installation of our sliding doors, within the prescribed timeframe. The team were professional, accurate and knowledgeable with the fit, old doors removed, it was like they weren’t there and the new doors magically appeared. An excellent job, I would highly recommend this company.
