I've seen so many bad reviews about slottyvegas.com and I do have to be honest here.

In the beginning, oh god I hated slottyvegas, I even called their live chat employees 'morons' - at some point I got a VIP manager and even fought with him because of things that happened. (chat etc)

I understand the bad reviews to a point, but that was slottyvegas... a year or two ago. It's still a company and run by people, mistakes happen...

But DAMN this online casino grew amazing!!! CHAPEAU! Definitely my #1 casino.

Livechat is very good, people have the necessary skills. The design of the site is top notch, probably #1 when it comes to design and smoothness.

All the departments within the casino seem to work well and there's an understanding.

Payments: Never had a problem when it comes to withdrawals. There's a limit of 2.5k a week, but that's good. There are no costs for the gamlber when withdrawing. I understand the withdrawal limit, also it's not a trick to make you gamble you winnings away. You can ask them to block the amount, it's just a quick note in the chat.

Verification was very fast, I think it took them a couple of minutes when it comes to ME. But believe it or not, there are hundrets, maybe thousands of people signing in and there is only a certain amount of employees, so of course it will take some time for them. Just be patient.

I know it's hard for us gamblers, most of the time we lose and try to find reasons so we can blame the casino. The bank always wins, yet it's never the employees fault - always be nice with them.

Overall, one of the best casinos, if not the number one. I can't wait to see them grow bigger and get better. I also wanna apologize to some of the staff I gave a hard time . Is slottyvegas trustworthy? YES ABSOLUTELY. Is it a good casino? YES, ONE OF THE BEST. Do they take care of gamblers? OH YEAH!

Ich versuche seit mehr als einer Woche eine Auszahlung (die noch nicht einmal so hoch ist) zu tätigen. Jedoch muss man vor einer Auszahlung die letzte Einzahlung als Beleg hochladen. Ich bin mittlerweile bei meiner 3. pdf Datei, da die letzten 2 Dateien abgelehnt wurden.
Außerdem dauert generell die Auszahlung auch noch mindestens 3 Tage.
Im Vergleich zu Wunderino, wo man eine Auszahlung in 0-3 Tagen schon auf dem Konto hat, ist diese Casino-Seite ein Witz.

Ich bin zwar ein geduldiger Mensch, aber 5 Tage für eine Auszahlung ist schon ein Witz. Das ist schon das zweite Mal innerhalb von zwei oder drei Wochen. Dabei waren das nicht mal große Summen. Das einzig positive sind die vielen Bonis.

I will try do do this as informative as possible , and not let my feelings take over this way you can make up you own mind.

It maybe legit , but they will try to trick you.
I am saying this because they have a big amount of extra rules that you are not used to on other casinos , this way they can confiscate your winnings when you win and with "god" reason.
i have checked and there a multiple "terms" that i have never seen on any other sites. in the case you are "lucky" and dont fall into any of these rules you will probably have a great time. customer service was good to me, and alot of fun slots.

just to make this clear , i actually read (i almost never do this , but since i had heard some things of slotty vegas i checked) the bonus terms mainly
to see how much was the biggest bet that i could do , but i also checked fast over the rest. in order to see this rule you need to push a l a blue text (to see this click here) and then scroll down to rule 13.4 and so on , please understand that this is something noone ever do .
all in all , i feel tricked in the worst degree even possible.

The rule that got me was the "bonus hunt" apperantly streamers can do bonus hunts with out problems , but i cant :), and yes i acutally checked with 4 different big streamers.
I have seen them do bonus hunts and after this i asked them to be sure , and they had no problems with this.

After my vager i had 9500 euro to cash out , i then did a bonus hunt for the 500 euro while i was waiting for the verification of my accoount, and i ended up positiv with a 10 000 euro blank for cash out, pretty much super happy with that.

My whole balance was deleted because of this bonus hunt, yes you heard me right , the whole balance 100 000 NOK ( 10 000 euro) poof , away! xD.

Trust me , its maybe "Legit", but they will try to find a way to make you the one to blame and then confiscate your winnings.

apperantly this term is making you not to do bonus hunts and can result in making your whole balance deleted was :

In addition i will add that i have had problems with gambling sites before , but we have always agreed to a solution , but not at Slotty Vegas.

I had to wait 8 days for my account to be verified and then cash out the amount I won.

The second time I won I assumed it would go more smoothly. Not so, I have been waiting for the process for 2 days now. Status is still pending.
