Hiding behind their massive Terms & Conditions
This is a perfect example of the house always wins. I tried writing a review on Askgamblers.com but they kept removing it. When i asked why they said it got removed cause of a request by Slotty Vegas themself so that's why i am posting this here.
I deposited with a creditcard that my dad and i share. Got true the verfication with that card and was ready to play and withdrawal.
After completing my 8000 euro wager i was left with 500 euro's that i cashed out. After 1 day i got a mail saying they declined the withdrawal and were giving my deposit back. This was because it was a shared creditcard and not a creditcard with only my name on it.
I offered them all the proof of part ownership of the creditcard but they just didn't care and took the 300 euro's away.
Customer support felt like talking to a robot and again the house wins.

This is a great slots site with great slots games and easy game play, and I am not a huge slots fan!! The USP for this casino is the supercharged option that actively moniters your game play and rewards you for playing. More sites should do this!! That said CS is very bad wich lets the site down very badly. Such a shame as they are nearly a great casino.

Don't bother. You will lose. For a full week i played on this site not one day did i come away up. No offer of a bonus for all my playing. 32Red has the same slots and give out 10× more wins than crappy vegas does. If you wont to spend money like its going out of fashion this is the site for you. If you plan on winning now and then this is the site to avoid. I would not deposit another £1 even if they offered me a £100 bonus. Gambling commission should be all over this site. I asked for a bonus a lady said she would look into it. The next day emailed customer service and said your slots are not right. The bloke i emailed said "we don't appreciate being called cheats i work very hard" when i asked about my bonus he said "you not getting one now". So if you make a bad comment about there slots they will use it against you and not give you a "bonus supercharge". Even when you spent 5k. Vegas would give you a hotel and a meal for 3k. Don't play on this site. Customer service take things personal as soon as you say anything bad about the site i think they make it way because if you kick up a stink they can ban you for abusing staff. Ive never done that and never would.
