Smart Drainage Ltd Avis

Friendly, cost-effective and an efficient and fast service

Terrible service, overcharged. Would never use again

Easy to arrange a survey on a septictank on a house I'mbuying, fast and efficient service. Got the report very quickly too!
Would recommend.

Turned up on time.
Very helpful.
Reasonable price.

First time having a Septic tank emptied and the team that arrived could not have been more helpful.

Very smooth and professional, polite and friendly staff.

arrived when they said they would, both guys knew their stuff and we polite helpful did the job quickly and left.

A pleasant surprise from a Devon company

Liked promptness of service and the fact they emptied two tanks side by side on the same visit. Was not told that the price above 1500 gallons was more expensive. The total came to 1600 gallons (800 per tank) but had I been aware of this I would have opted for emptying 750 gallons in each tank. I was not shown the meters nor given a print out. Apart from that the rest was fine.

As usual Smart Drainage produced and excellent quality service and report! Well done!

Smart Drainage both wrote a clear and helpful report on the drainage system of a house I was proposing to buy, helping me to avoid quite a headache. They also emptied the septic tank promptly and efficiently.

Excellent service as always

Really good company! Arrived early and nothing was a problem. Mark managed to find everything and sorted the septic tank extraction.
Thoroughly recommend.

Great Company, Contacted them about our grey water tank ( in the drought it had begun to smell), They came along, drained the amount we had left in it, got rid of the sludge (11 years of use), gave it a quick wash down inside and then drained that as well. Driver / operative very good indeed explained all actions and carried out the work very professionally. Cost very reasonable, very pleased with the standard of work carried out.

They were very responsive from the beginning, and apparently respectful of the property owners during the survey. The report itself was way more detailed and thorough than I was expecting, and had photos, diagrams, and easy to understand explanations of every part of the septic and drainage systems, together with a detailed breakdown of recommended repairs/replacements and improvements together with an estimate of the cost of each. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and very pleased with our decision to use them for the inspection.

Rang them in the morning and they were here by the afternoon - great service

Professional responsive

We had a very clear and pleasant email exchange. Always helpful and the service was prompt. after clearing the tank our drive was left without any mess at all. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Prompt and professional service. Thank you.
