He was quick to respond to any queries and we are grateful for his excellent service and for the hard work undertaken by his team on a difficult site. We were extremely impressed by how well our complex job was pulled together, with excellent service and finished result.

We were looking for a new company to empty our sewage treatment plant.
An afternoon appointment was easily arranged over the phone and confirmed by e-mail. The tanker turned up on time as agreed. The driver (Jake) was very friendly and professional, and proceeded to empty our sewage tank quickly and without any mess whatsoever. It was the neatest 'desludge' I've seen.
A Waste Transfer Note was then subsequently sent by e-mail, followed by an e-mail with an invoice for the work. Just a click on a link then allowed easy on-line payment. The charge for the 'desludge' seemed very reasonable.
Hence, I couldn't be happier with the overall experience and service I received from Smart Drainage. I will contact them again next year and recommend them without hesitation.

A quick phone call to Smart Drainage, spoke to Thomas who explained the process for emptying and inspecting our septic tank.
He gave us a quote to do the job and emailed it over.
We arranged a date to carry out the job.
The team arrived nice and early to carry out the job.
They let me know what they were going to do and explained their findings.
The report was sent through quickly along with a quote for the work required to bring things up to meet the regulations.
I will be getting them in to carry out the work.

The various crews worked very hard in some extreme conditions dealing with a lot of rock which all had to be shifted by hand up some steep slopes. Always friendly and managed to put most of garden back as it was before

We needed a fast report on the septic tank of a property we were hoping to purchase. Smart Drainage provided this and then were very informative when we spoke with Nigel about our various options. We will be going back to them to carry out the necessary work once our purchase has completed.

We have tried every other septic tank service company in mid Devon over 50 years but we have found Smart Drainage to be the best. Our property is remote and isolated along narrow moorland lanes and the tank is not easily accessed but they provide a prompt efficient no mess service at a very reasonable cost and have cheerful and helpful employees.
