Rude Staff, Rip off company! Beware!
Rude, telephone staff. Not friendly and did not want to help. I’ve been paying Smart plan for nearly 2 years and when I had a fault with my boiler they wanted to charge me £75 to come and take s look! Plus they could not guarantee then can fix it and also stated that if it was a PCB board they could not fix.
I then phoned my boiler company directly and they came a fixed it . No problem even though it was the PCB board. This company are a complete rip off so AVOID.
They have also charged me to cancel!!!

Not very professional
Absolutely disgraceful company I didn't even sign up with them.
They incure charges of 26.50p per month for each missed payment as I didn't sign up I refuse to pay it and they will not cancel a service which I didn't request u till the amount has been cleared
There in my time of need
A really great service and was there in my time if need. The staff on the phone were great and worked around me to arrange a visit. The engineer who arrived quickly couldn’t be helpful enough. High recommend this service.

Had an issue with my boiler and spoke to a gentleman who was friendly and polite as well as managing to call out an engineer to fix my boiler the same day. Very efficient and wonderful service.

The representative that I spoke to when I made an enquiry was really helpful and friendly whilst helping me; resolve my issue. The engineer that came to fix my boiler came on time and managed to resolve the issue, whilst providing excellent service
