I have left a review before on Google. Leaving another one here. Please if you want your life to become miserable and develop high blood pressure issue, get disrespected and be spoken to rudely all the time, then rent from this company.
Remember my words ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are rude and disrespectful. They will not fulfill obligations from their side and will stop your car from running if you are few hours late on rental.
I told an employee named Raheel to send someone for car service, I was told by someone in their company that they will handle it while giving me a temp car and then return the car when service done. Raheel told me no we won’t send you have to come to AlQuoz and “ When car engine have some some problems then we will check this is our problem or your”

Terrible company with horrible customer service DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They will attempt to give you a broken car you didn’t select and promise that they will give you what is selected for weeks without communication

Delivered the wrong car at 11:20 , was supposed to. be 11:00. I was in a hurry so had to take it so i didn't miss my appointment, the sat nav and car play both did not work, had to drive using my mobile phone (illegally) to go not far thankfully. Said they would swap it, it is 21:00 and i am STILL WAITING on a new car. The original car, a small one that i booked. Customer Service is an absolute JOKE! They DO NOT CARE! Noone has any sense of urgency.. and left me waiting ALL DAY! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Car delivery was 6 May 2025!
Their process is always the same:
1️⃣ Ask for your name “to check”
2️⃣ Redirect you to another WhatsApp number for “finance”
3️⃣ Claim they are “looking into it” for months
4️⃣ Stop replying altogether
This is unprofessional, unacceptable, and feels like a deliberate tactic to keep deposits. Many customers risk losing their money the same way.
Think twice before renting from Smart Lease Car Rental.

I had the worst experience with a car rental company. I've been waiting for my refund for five months. Their name, "SMART LEASE RENT A CAR," is quite fitting, as they appear to be very clever about using customers' deposit money. It feels like they are playing games with their customers.

Frustrating! Security Deposit??
I have been waiting for my security deposit since past 2 months. These guys do not respond to emails or whatsapp messages or calls. They just go silent. No amount of messages or emails makes them respond. How can they simply keep the deposit without rightfully returning it. Very unprofessional and do not care for customers. I will be planning my next steps soon to get back my deposit.

Poor company to rent from, did not refund my deposit. I have tried to contact several different departments and nothing done so far.

Do not rent a car from here! They rented me a car covered in damage with the engine light on and the drivers response was “don’t worry it is fine, you will only be charged if in an accident” as he could see as I inspected the car that there was ALOT of damage. When they collected the car they tried to claim one of the many damages on the car was brand new (you could tell it was old damage and also there was no way I could have caused it as it had been parked in car parks next to cars and the damage was low down and a large dent that couldn’t have been caused by a car next to it.
They are now not responding to my calls or messages when I am asking a manager to call and have not refunded my deposit. I needed a hire car for less than 2 days when mine was in the garage and should have just used Sixt who I have used before. The cars are better quality, they would never give with an engine light on or a car covered in such bad damage everywhere, and they would never have this poor level of customer service. I am still waiting for the manager to call me and this happened 4 days ago.
Honestly, do not use this company it is the worst customer service I have ever received

They gave me wrong car and gave me cheaper car. It has been 5 days so far and they still haven’t done anything! Poor service, do not recommend!!
