Order never arrived. No reply to emails, phone calls or replies on PayPal. Currently trying to get my money back via PayPal. AVOID! This business should be shut down so he can't scam anymore people!

Order did not arrive no contact with Mr Majid after trying to ring and numerous Emails had to claim my money back through PayPal which are investigating why he has so many bad reviews do not buy anything off this company as you will be wasting your time and money

Returned Xmas lights 3wks ago and have sent 4 emails of which they never answer all I want is my money back they were quick enough to take my money so now I've had enough and I am taking this further

Rude and useless.
Took the money quickly.
No response to three emails trying to find out where my stuff was.
I threatened to go to the credit card company and got a refund without a word of explanation or apology.
Two weeks wasted. Useless bunch.

I ordered some plant saucers from this company, they sent smaller saucers than I ordered and are now ignoring my emails and phone calls. I wish I'd read other reviews about this company as this seems to be their normal way to deal with dissatisfied customers.

Only wish there was a negative star I could have selected. Under no circumstances should you ever purchase from this hooky company. Takes your money you never get you goods and they will not respond or refund. Shocking in this day and age. I did try trading standards but they have made it so difficult to put a complaint in, it wasn’t worth it for £13. Don’t give them any more of your hard earned money!

Given long enough to respond to my email & phone call but nothing. Said would come 3-5 days & now it’s been a month & I cannot get hold of them.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Do not order from this website, they instantly take your money and do not send out the goods. Despite chasing 3 times, both with direct email and also via the website, I received no response and my credit card company have now refunded the costs.

What a bunch of thieves won’t answer emails won’t send the item the past is always the past don’t trust this company made a big order and nothing hope you sleep well ripping people off thieves

I ordered from here and got my order confirmation, a couple of days passed and I didn’t have a dispatch email so I used the email address and asked if they had been dispatched or when will they be. I got an email straight back saying they were dispatched yesterday via Hermes. I then checked the websites trustpilot and the reviews were so bad and I thought it may have been a fake website and I was scammed so I then emailed back asking for tracking info and I got sent the tracking codes and today my parcels have come . I’m happy with the service from the website and the customer service thank you

If only there was a NO STAR option ! This seller is a dishonourable and unprofessional trader who allows his customers to fight for a month or more to get their refund through their payment source for the goods they never send out.
The communications are one line at best and then stop completely and you are ignored. They don't even respond to PayPal when they are asked to refund for items never received. AVOID BUYING FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS.

This company deserves 0 stars! They took my money but never sent my order. I contacted them several times and heard nothing back. In the end I had to open a case through PayPal to get my money back. I wish I’d read the other reviews before ordering.

Email confirmation of order arrived (supposedly 3-5 day delivery) and payment was deducted immediately but item was not received. No response to three email enquiries. A phone call was answered and led to the promise of a full refund which, five weeks since the conversation, has not occurred.

Took the money and sent nothing .. no response to emails, .. you have been warned!

This company does not fulfill its orders, I didn't even get a confirmation email. Its a scam - be warned!

NEVER DELIVERED
I ordered "Vitax All In One Feed Weed & Moss Killer - 625sqm" on 28th June 2021, 4 weeks later it has not been delivered yet, he will not answer his telephone nor he replies to my emails, AVOID this company, he is a CROOK.
