Highly delighted with this company who put a 100% into customer care with their top quaility chocolate & fluff.
I have now purchased a fair number of times for family members and there has been nothing but praise for the delightful varations that they have recieved . Packing is great and on a tracking system which keeps you well informed. Even over the busy period of last Christmas 2025 the chocolate arrived on time. I will certainly buy again from them .

Love these fluff chocolate bars
Love these fluff chocolate bars, very moreish! Once I open a bar I can’t leave it so have to eat it all!!!! Marshmallows are lovely too. Have had quite a few deliveries, good packaging and well informed of dispatch and delivery day.

Sensational stuff
Sensational stuff. Kids loved toasting the delicious marshmallows on Christmas Eve, making the perfect festive treat. The marshmallow fluff chocolate bars are out of this world. Will definitely be purchasing more and soon!!!

Cherry delight …
Unfortunate my chocolate arrived completely melted (could have been from Royal Mail). Emailed Laura and she apologised and sent me a new bar straight away. Cherry fluff bar, this has to be one of the nicest and messiest things I have ever eaten. Almost scared to eat it as I don’t want it to be finished

Great small business with high quality products
This is a great small business to support. The products are high quality and handmade. Would highly recommend trying their marshmallow fluff pots. My personal favourite is the lemon fluff pot. It tastes amazing. Will definitely purchase from them again in the future.

Super quick delivery and what inside is incredible
Super quick delivery and do well packaged . I purchased while on a Tik Tok live so had a bit of help choosing my first order . The cinnamon sugar marshmallows look incredible, so I’m placing another order today because I simply can’t give these as the present they were intended to be . The caramel chocolate bar omg I have no words . Worth every penny. Love to support a small business at this time of year and I will definitely now be a regular customer.

Not nice
Didn’t like any of them was expecting marshmallow to be firmer but was very wet and just leaked all in the packaging made a mess, pots need more base less mallow too sweet

Not only have you felt the need to leave multiple negative reviews on TikTok you have also proceeded to leave further negative reviews here for the same order.
It has already been explained that the products you ordered were marshmallow fluff products which is a cream consistency and NOT firm and should not be confused with marshmallows. Perhaps product descriptions should be read prior to purchasing items.
The Marshmallow Fluff pot is exactly that a pot with marshmallow fluff and added flavouring, again as described. Yes our products are sweet as they are confectionery mainly made from sugar.
