I apologise that your order did not arrive within the estimated time, it usually takes 5-10 working days for delivery although in some cases it can be more or less depending on the postal service.
We welcome any feedback as it helps us to improve the service we provide to our customers. If I may ask, apart from wrapping paper and ribbon can you suggest how we can improve the gift wrapping?

Great gift wrapping but took 14 days to deliver my order, too slow!
Quoted a delivery date of max 10 days but expected it before then, had no response to email tracking request through customer service, eventually received order after 14 days!

Everyone is trying to maximise what they can save when buying for Christmas and that's why we shop online. When buying fragrances though a good deal can still be hard to find and added to that the uncertainty of dealing with an offshore company can be a daunting prospect. Not so here,where you will find very competitive prices and a reliable delivery service. Just make sure you allow 10 to 14 days to keep the mail order jitters at bay and you'll be fine.

Gucci Bamboo
Ordered x2 Gucci Bamboo perfumes as gifts. Unfortunately x1 had leaked on the journey to my home. I contacted S M Seruya who replaced the faulty product. Would definitely use again.
