Smyth’s Home Value is great! I placed an order online with expedited delivery and due to the holidays, expedited delivery was not possible. Dermott emailed me right away to resolve the issue and offered a refund for the delivery charge. I received my delivery a few days later and everything was packed so nicely. The packaging was environmentally conscious. Thank you so much!

I ordered a post box on the 19th November, and my experience has been below expectations. The delivery box arrived minus the post box. I felt I was under scrutiny when I reported it to Smythshomevalue to only discover the box had been opened by DPD and my post box was missing. A second post box was not sent immediately there was one days delay. I explained to the company I really needed my post box as I was in a new house and did not have a post box and I was waiting an urgent letter from the hospital. The company said that they had missed the deadline for posting even though I had reported before 1pm. My new delivery which I was given a tracking order for had been incorrectly rerouted by the delivery company which caused an additional delay. When I finally received my order on Friday 28th it was the wrong colour. I contacted the store immediately by email and phone. I received an email on 1st December offering me a 70percent discount for an unwanted post box or I could return and have a new one sent. I told them I did not want the original one I would source another one. Overall this was a very unsatisfactory experience.
