Scam company, I have been waiting over six weeks and zero response despite multiple attempts. I would strongly advise not to order anything from these rats

I was very pleased with how fast my product was dispatched and arrived as estimated. The parcel was intact on arrival but internally could have been packed better because the watch box had got slightly dented. Overall very pleased with the service and will use again👍

Do not order from this site
Do not order from this site - I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been dispatched! I have emailed them a number of times and they have replied with false promises! Very poor service! I’m now trying to get a refund to order else where! Do not use this website!

I bought a pair of UGGS Tasman Slippers for my granddaughter in November 2023, for Christmas unfortunately I was going on holiday so that's why I bought them early, anyway on Christmas day when my granddaughter tried them on they were too small,so I got in touch with Sneakers asb asking either for a refund or exchange explaining the problem and I was told that I couldn't get a refund so I asked for an exchange and it was ignored I the reason they gave me is because I bought them in November,if I had bought them in December I could have had a refund,they are jokers.I emailed them and said that I'm a pensioner and can't afford the £189.00 so I'm now stuck with these shoes!!! this is not a good company I would never recommend them.
