I’ve ordered 3/4 times from Muse, love the energy pouches as a pre-work out stimulant. Beats coffee and other prework out products for me. Clean energy boost! No jitters and side effects, even on the strongest pouches!
I’ll continue to order from them as I’m that satisfied with the products!

Awfully dry in your mouth and it leaves a sickly taste

They have very great taste that's a lot richer than all other pouches. They're dry and not as soft, but they also remain active after long periods stored in their tub.

I’ve been using Muse for my pouches for about a year and have generally been happy with their service. However, I was disappointed with my most recent order. I placed it by 2 pm on a Friday with express delivery, expecting it to arrive on Saturday as it usually does. I noticed that the courier has now changed from Royal Mail, who normally send a morning text to notify me that the parcel is out for delivery. My order was sent via Evri, and the tracking hasn’t updated since yesterday—it still just says “processing my parcel.” I am now concerned that I may not receive my parcel until Monday.

Customer service only works via email, no response on telephone. As a first time customer wanted to check in the legitimacy of this company. Products are sold also on Amazon.co.uk. Had promoted free trail on their website, however code does not work and I contacted customer service via email and was informed the promotion offer experienced. Then their delivery charge is extortionate £3.99 even if you buy multiple pouch boxes. They seriously need to renegotiate their rates with Royal mail or a delivery company. As for the actual pouches, the taste of the Strawberry Raspberry Cherry, reminds me of the 1980's children sweets sherbet dips packet. Very sweet and sickly but after 10 min. the taste fades away.

Great service, fast delivery and the great variety of product. I am very happy with the purchase at Muse.

I enjoy the ai stories, interesting. However, its a costly app. It not worth the amount of money we have to pay for the stories.

I have now tried multiple flavours of the energy 140mg and have to say they are all pretty good :-)
The raspberry lemonade could do with a bit more flavour but it's still good

Tastes like the actual one. Adds some burning feeling to the lip. Definitely good alternative for the nicotine snus.

Muse pouches have a high level of flavour but the nicotine strength dousent feel very strong. I think I feel a bigger hit from 3mg velos than 6mg muse pouches. They taste nice but I don't think that this slow release technology is very good

Nicotine Free Pouches taste really good.
However, I was expecting pouched to give me a burning sensation, to help me with my cravings, but nothing happened. Got the max strength, felt nothing.

Very good product. I tried the one dot strength, and I am very pleased. Previously I tried other nicotine pouches on the market, but they are too strong or make me cough. Great recipe from Muse. I strongly recommend.

Excellent pouches best flavours going and iv tried a lot of brands, there very well priced and average 48 hrs delivery, I’m more than happy with the service and will continue to use this brand,,,,,, just a thumbs up a lemon flavour would be fun

Really great company to deal with , I order from them regularly and the parcel always arrives on time without any issues. Their products are second to none, I've tried many different pouches and the quality of muse is far better than the rest.
