Site has finds but shipping fees are crazy.. just know what your getting into…
Site is great find good prices in some stuff but fees are wayyyy high. Plus shipping together isn’t an option and it doesn’t seem like they do to much for buyer if seller flakes. But anyway they have a really good authentication process. I had a buy cancelled just because there was a tiny snag on plastic like super tiny. I was impressed.. annoyed but very impressed. Great overall. Just know what your getting into before you buy…

Legit store to buy sneakers
I truly enjoy the service and quality of SNKRDUNK. Their shoes are absolutely legit and their app is easy to navigate and use. I definitely recommend them.
The only reason why I gave them 4 stars is because they are now charging taxes in the United States even though they don't have a physical presence in the country. I don't get why they charge taxes. This has stopped me from buying some shoes.

Warning for PayPal users — SNKRDUNK lacks responsibility
Be careful if you’re using PayPal with the SNKRDUNK app. This platform takes no responsibility for buyer-side issues. I experienced it myself. Normally, other apps clearly show the currency conversion rate before charging your account — but SNKRDUNK doesn’t. I thought I could review the final price before confirming, but instead, the app instantly charged my PayPal.
When I realized the mistake and tried to cancel, they told me nothing could be done. They just said I had to wait until the seller fails to ship by the deadline — only then can a cancellation happen.
I’ve used many other apps, and they all allow refunds or cancellations for mistakes — but not here. You’re stuck waiting and hoping, and your money is basically held hostage. It honestly feels like gambling — you’re using your own money, but have zero control over what happens next.
Avoid this app. Go with other platforms that actually support their customers.

Kindly note that, on the SNKRDUNK app, tapping on the "Purchase" button means that you are confirming the purchase and will be charged after tapping said button.
In addition, for "Buy Now" purchases, a confirmation pop-up will also ask you to confirm that "We are unable to accept returns or cancellations after your purchase has been made".

Definitely a legit site. I bought both pokemon and one piece from here and always well packaged and always excited to see it. I just wish the price you pay for box 1 is the same price you pay for box 2.. and 3 and 4... but besides that I always trust them.

Regarding the item you are reporting about, kindly note that items such as One Piece trading card boxes that are not sealed with shrink wrap will have the adhesive tape that seals them cut at the time of authentication, and the boxes will be opened to confirm the number of packs and contents inside for authentication purposes.
Moreover, it is also written on our guidelines that we do not guarantee pull rates (rarity inclusion ratios) for items that are not shrink-wrapped.

Prompt action
During my vacation in Japan, I visited thier branch in Osaka,but the shoes I was looking for was not available. I emailed thier customer support and got a reply and inform me that the pair is available in thier Tokyo branch which I was also visiting, although it was a little pricey I was able to get my pair in my size.

Incompetent platform
Incompetent platform. Cancelling a sale saying just because their authenticator were NOT SURE if the pair is authentic. I mean is it the sellers/buyers fault that your authenticators are lacking knowledge on checking? Atleast have some decency to say the true reason and check thoroughly or get some help from other platform to double check so you can GUARANTEE that it is then authentic and not cancelling just because you are UNSURE, to avoid inconvenience on both parties. Being unsure feels like you are just guessing there the authenticity of every product that you are checking.
