We had to pay to ship curtains back to Snow City.
Also, their shipping is incredibly slow.

We would not recommend this company.

they said 5-7 days and it was a total of 6 and ehe counts the day I ordered them I was very impressed with they're service, and although I haven't hung the curtains yet they look to be great quality.

Good product, shipped within 7 days. Some slight flaws in the fabric but otherwise very good. Does what it is intended for.

Communications were great. The curtains are not as thick as I thought they’d be, but will work perfectly.

The best outdoor curtains I got so far tried few but these r best as they block sun 90% now I can watch TV in backyard

I ordered some curtains with ring the top and bottom in green and they showed up and were beautiful. The only problem is I measured wrong and therefore they didn’t fit. When I called to ask if I could return them they basically gave me the size I wanted for less than half price and let me keep the ones I have. I think that’s great customer service and we’re really pleased with the product finish and color. We now have plans to use the ones I miss ordered on a different section of the deck. We are very grateful!

I have not yet received my order, but they have been paid. I tried get an update on my order, it sends me to Krystal I guess a person or computer site that doesn’t respond. I hope I get my order, and then I will not order again from this company

Great service - great Products - loved them!

The curtains are not holding up in weather. I contacted company within 30 days for refund.. but the live chat goes unanswered as well ad their phone lines. This company seems like a scam, and I would not trust to ever do business with them.

beautiful quality curtains. they were better quality than expected, and change the entire look of the room. gives a cold room a feeling if warmth. I highly recommend them!

These curatins are EVERYTHING! We just screened in our deck and was looking for options to provide more privacy and block the sun and snow. We special ordered and they arrived in a timely fashion. The colors are magnificent! We have received so many compliments!! I highly recommend these curatins!! I really wish I could post a picture!!

The Outdoor Curtains that I purchased are Waterproof, Mold proof and they are the same color on both sides of the curtain... (So No Ugly Side). You and your family will enjoy them being the same color inside and out. These curtains were and are still my "Best Buy" of the year (2020)!! Great delivery time and great product. Made to my specifications at decent price. I am excited to be creating a heated back porch that allows ventilation but protects us from the snow and big winds and cold.

Shipment was very quick. It's the middle of winter so I won't be hanging the curtains for quite a while but looking forward to it.

I've ordered twice from Snowcity. Both times I got the drapes I ordered at a great price. I needed 9 foot by 9 foot for sectioning off a basement. These are really nice for the price. The black are silky smooth and mat black. The others I ordered are a yellow/gold. They look and feel great.
