I've ordered twice from Snowcity. Both times I got the drapes I ordered at a great price. I needed 9 foot by 9 foot for sectioning off a basement. These are really nice for the price. The black are silky smooth and mat black. The others I ordered are a yellow/gold. They look and feel great.

This is my second purchase from Snowcity. The outdoor curtains are fantastic quality for the price. NO ONE ELSE COMPARES!! Great protect, great price and great service!

Great product, and wonderful quality! It was very easy to order via the site, I received my curtain panels quickly. Will definitely recommend this site to others.

The curtains are not what I ordered. I was expecting grommets on top and bottom. Everything stated top and bottom. I only received them on top. I tried connecting to a chat before ordering and after receiving the order. Nobody answered. I tried looking for a phone number, couldn’t find one.

We bought the blue exterior colorfast curtains in the beginning of the summer and they have lost about 60-70% of their color. They look horrible, after all that expense we will have to replace them again 15 panels. I would not recommend or ever buy another product from them.

Love my outdoor curtains. Had a small issue with a few panel's. I ordered 15 panels so one could expect a a flaw or 2. Contacted Snowcity a my concern was handled immediately and new panels were shipped and received quickly. Yes they do definitely block the sun, wind and repel water. Very happy with my purchase, I have gotten many compliments at how great they look. Being in Covid times they were perfect for our outdoor Thanksgiving event. We now dine on our patio and watch T.V. most nights out on patio. When it gets chilly we light our patio heater and the panels help keep heat in and the wind out.

Never received the package then they said it wasn’t their problem..... well we never got what we ordered, so we will never go with your company again

I cannot recommend them at this point. I ordered 12 outdoor waterproof curtains for my patio. After only four weeks, the curtains are faded in strips from the sun. I reached out via email....no response. I called today only to get voicemail and not a live person...I highly doubt I will receive a call back

I would highly recommend Snowcityshop.com. The service is great my package came very well protected and in a timely manner. And the quality of their product was so great I ordered two more. Totally awesome.

Snowcity never got back with me on returning curtains I purchased. Customer service sucks. I will never purchase from them again.

I love the curtains. I ordered 6 panels and wanted them quickly. They worked with me and kept in contact (which is really important to me). I have them and they look great. Only problem was I should have ordered 2 more but this is not their fault - so I ordered 2 more a couple days ago.

SnowCity and especially Mia Chen have been wonderful to work with! I had a few small tears in some curtain panels and they shipped me a new one ASAP. Wonderful service, fast, and I LOVE my outdoor curtains. I will definitely use them again. Thank you SnowCity!

Absolutely horrible experience. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. Orders cannot be cancelled online. I immediately emailed customer support. Several days later they responded stating it was too late to cancel the order. I returned the product immediately after receiving. Unfortunately I recorded the wrong tracking number and rather than refunding me when they received the package back, they are refusing to issue a refund without the tracking number.

My customer experience was the worst I have experienced with a vender connected with Amazon pay!

They do not take responsibility for anything at ALL!
Ship the wrong Item and you have to pay extra to get it resolved
Delay and deflect is their only solution and use their extremely bad understanding of the english language to cover their nefarious intent to deceive and play their customers for their own advantage

Wasn’t sure I had ordered the right thing. Wasn’t sure how the fabric would look. Am very pleased that the measurements were accurate, and the fabric has a nice smooth finish. Dust or dirt just brushes right off, and wrinkles disappear. I bought small weights in case of breezes, but so far they don’t seem needed! These curtains let in absolutely no light. Excellent!
Very happy with packaging and shipping time. Expedited as I requested. I would order again!

You lie and you blame your late shipping on others! I’ve spent several hundred dollars with you and still have not received my curtains or a refund on two panels!

Ordered curtains on October 15, 2020, and paid for “Express” shipping (1-7 Days). It is now November 6, 2020, and after several emails to Snowcity, I still do not have my curtains! They have never been shipped even after emailing the company and being told they would be here in 7-12 days (although I paid $18.00 for 1-7 days) Now they are wanting to re-ship the curtains from another company instead of giving me a refund! After waiting this long and being lied to, I should get a refund and a free pair of curtains! Poor business management! They don’t even deserve 1 star!!!
