I ordered sheers from this company. They sent me 2 different colors. Instead of notifying me first that they didnt have the color i wanted. So I settled for the ones they had and told them to ship to me. I didnt receive the item for 2 weeks. So when I reach out to the them, they tell me that they've updated the colors and now they didnt have the ones i settled for. After changing my furniture to match with the sheers that I settled for. I do not think these have the right people working for them. There is a communication issue amongst the team members as well as between the customer service with their customers. Take you business else where. I usually do not right bad reviews for businesses but this was a nightmare and i do not want anyone else to go through this experience.

Ordered two curtain panels at the beginning of September 2020. Shipment was sent in a couple of days but only after checking the tracking did I find out that the package arrived at the shipper with no contents. Shipper reported this to the company on September 8. I have yet to receive an adequate response about reshipment or options for cancellation. Dealing with customer service is very challenging and to date has still not provided a plan to send me the requested items or issue a refund. Maybe documenting a dispute with the credit card company is the next step as the company has charged me for a product I have yet to receive

There were issues with my order and I reached out to their customer service department and the issues were rectified and they were very accomodating. I love the curtains. Exactly what I wanted.

Unable to find tab top sheer curtains.

We were very pleased with the service we received. Customer service was very courteous and prompt and efficient. Haven’t had an opportunity to use the curtains but based on our inspection the quality was very good.

I tried to cancel so that I could reorder what I needed correctly being that I placed it wrong and they weren't understanding what I wanted. 10 emails later they kept asking me why and I already explained, they claimed they canceled but I haven't received a confirmation or anything. I won't replace order until I know its canceled.

have requested a refund on many of occasion, and it has yet to be done. emails and phone call to no avale. Also offered free returns...have not keep the policy...please be responsible with your response and policies

I ordered 5 curtains and then I ordered 4 more. The quality was just what I was looking for. I must tell you calling was difficult but email worked for me. Email responses took anout 24 to 36 hrs

I got my curtains after waiting for a brief period due to Covid. I was fine with that. However when I got them. The 100x84 ones had 2 grommets missing on the top and 3 broken. I was very disappointed. My 54x85 was perfect. End result mildly happy.

I just bought the curtains for my patio from snow city , the curtains is so beautiful and very good quality, looks so elegant, And most impressive thing is their service is very good , they are always available to answer your questions , I definitely want to recommend snow city to my friends and family members .

I bought my 3rd pair of curtains because I needed to block out more sun. So I like these. Just be aware that the fading is pretty extreme. They went from dark brown to very, very light. And they look tie dyed because I usually have them tied back when I’m not using them. They really are waterproof, and thick, so they do a great job blocking the sun, no matter what color they are.

As I found out that the curtains I tried did not work out, the owner and staff helped me select the kind of curtains I needed and offered a discount to ensure I would be thrilled with their service - and I was!

I just bought these curtains, a set of two, to protect an outdoor oven. We have a roof over the oven, but the rain comes in sideways sometimes. I had a hard time finding appropriate curtain rods for two panels (9 feet), but did in the end. The curtains are nice to touch, seem very substantial, and are the best design I have found with anchoring at the top and bottom. I am returning one set because although I like the white/grey, I am going for the red to match other things in my back yard. I can't say how well they work yet, but I have a sense they will do fine because I've been looking for a long time for something that will work to keep the rain off, that I can draw back when its not raining, that is anchored at the bottom, and that looks nice.

Economical out door curtains were delivered promptly and were well packed. Quality is quite good and our screened porch is now shielded from sun!
