Snuggledown Avis 

Have ordered an item with express delivery and paid extra for this. They advertise 1-2 days delivery timeframe. At 830 pm the day after the item is still not with the parcel service, so it most likely won’t arrive within the 2 days as advertised. Also no reaction from customer service.

Swift Service. Great Product. Initially felt that medium goose down pillows were too soft. But they weren't, they were just different to what I was used too. Now very comfy and very happy with my pillows.

Item ordered on 10 October; delivery stated as 3-5 working days. Not heard anything and the delivery company have said they're yet to receive the item from the seller. Have contacted the seller but not heard anything.

Great mattress topper. Very comfy and has held up well to a lab jumping all over it. A little pricey for a toppet r but good thickness snd has kept shape well. Also has long corner elastic so no issues going over deep mattress.

I ordered for the first time and found the process so easy. I was happily surprised to learn the speed of the delivery, about 2 days.
I would very much recommend the snuggledown company for speed of delivery, ease of use of the website and finerly the prompt response to a message I sent.

The blanket is fine . I was a bit disappointed that I did not benefit from the 10% discount that was promised when I bought my first blanket a few weeks ago .
Could you please clarify your purchasing conditions .

No where near enough filling for the price this is a swiz.. Too flat, far too soft. Not for side sleepers. No support - completely useless. Advertised as firm - I should have gone to Trading Standards.

Lovely electric blanket, love the fact that the top can be zipped off to wash. Gives off good heat, happy so far

John Cotton Group, along with their chosen delivery partner Yodel, appears to place the responsibility for locating missing parcels on the customer. The proof of delivery provided is vague and lacks specificity; no delivery note is left to indicate with whom the parcel was entrusted or where it was left. In my case, had it not been for the honesty and initiative of the individual who received my parcel in error and took steps to return it to me, I would have suffered a loss of goods and approximately £90. As a result of this experience, I will no longer purchase products from Snuggledown, and I will actively avoid any business that uses Yodel as its delivery provider.

This duck feather duvet is soft, warm, and breathable — the perfect balance of comfort without feeling heavy. Great quality, evenly filled, and it feels like hotel luxury at home. Highly recommend!

Great, excellent , just love it

Bought a pillow from Amazon and it has absolutely fallen apart within 18 months, Feathers constantly pouring out until it is utterly unusable.
Due to the high price, the pillow had a 2 year warranty! However, good luck having any response from Snuggledown as they do not even send an email to confirm your claim, let alone honour it. If they fail then it will be another court claim.

I bought the Snuggledown Intelligent Warmth double bed electric blanket. It is nothing like the cheaper market options - this one is padded so you don’t feel the heating wires. It covers the entire bed, although the warmth extends from the bottom of the pillow to the feet (it wouldn’t be safe for the area under the pillow to be hot due to risk of overheating).

It feels very safe to use Of course, I use it the safest way possible - I make sure everyday that it’s lying flat on the bed, I pre-heat the bed and switch everything off from the wall plugs before getting in bed. It does have a timer but I feel safer plugging it off of electricity before lying in bed.

Delivery also went smoothly. I paid for quick delivery, so in 48 hours I was receiving the blanket.

I am very happy with the purchase so far.

In our opinion the product did not meet our expectations based on the description. This was the most uncomfortable electric blanket we have ever slept on! It went straight in the dustbin the next morning. The wires were uncomfortable and could be felt through the ‘comfort’ layer. The mattress protector also felt stiff and unyielding. We were very disappointed with the product.
