WOW. I LOVE IT 😍😍
Received my snugglybear hoodie today and WOW it is even better in person. The quality is fantastic and it feels so soft and comfy. I would even say its on par with if not better than the brand oodie as my girlfriend has one and I prefer mine. With the price of energy at the moment this is a must have and at the current price snugglybear are offering it at its a steal. Their customer service is brilliant as well. Thank you snugglybear I am one happy chappy 😁😁 UPDATE: My mum has just bought one as well 😊

Great Choice
I ordered an oodie, as I thought that the Snuggly Bear one, seemed to offer a quality product at a competitive price. I was not disappointed, it arrived promptly, beautifully packaged, lovely shade of pink,roomy and most importantly very warm. I would not hesitate to make further purchases from Snuggly Bear.

all procedures went well until.......
all procedures went well , until delivery from the Royal Mail.........I had No ideal when delivery would be? or tracking ect ...I was out ......so have had to arrange for a new delivery date ..I have still not received my goods yet so can t comment on the item I ordered
other than to say that my delivery experience ..needs to be improved.

Hi Eileen,
I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery. Sadly Royal Mail have had their worst run in over 20 years with continuous strikes in most regions on a weekly basis. Whilst we always fight for better industry standards and better pay for all employees, as a small business these strikes hurt us greatly as we usually rely on one service provider, in this case Royal Mail, to carry out deliveries. Not only were many delayed, but many lost or never delivered, affecting us even more during these difficult times.
This year we made a promise to help families stay warm, by not increasing prices unlike most larger companies, we're probably breaking even with increased costs and inflation for businesses but feel its the right thing to do. We do hope that you love our product though. The nearest similar sized product and thickness / weight is more than double the price so we pride ourselves in trying our best as a small UK business. But we understand your frustration with RM of which they have also disappointed us.

**UPDATE - After speaking with Anna, she was very helpful in sorting out my missing item. Within the week the missing item had arrived and to say the family member loves it is an understatement! Thank you Anna **
I ordered two hoodie blankets. Only one arrived. I’ve sent an email and a note in their website explaining this and haven’t had a response back. Also very frustrating that there is no contact number to call. Still waiting to see / hear if I get a response after the bank holiday.
