No reply on establishing a prospective sale. I guess this registered business must be on a roller as to pick and choose new customers on spec. What a job. This business contact hales from a dealer in Netherland who most generously steered my direction to N. Scott as another dealer with current stock. On my next search located same item presently on offer. 🧐
I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Snvinyl.co.uk.
I ordered a stylus based on the product page, but the listing was misleading—both the image and description made it unclear which variant I was actually purchasing. As a result, I ended up with the wrong type.
Importantly, the item was never used, never fitted, and remained in its original packaging. I immediately contacted the seller, acknowledged the confusion (partly mine, partly due to the unclear listing), and politely asked to return it at my own expense.
Despite this, the seller refused to accept a return under any circumstances, citing that they “can’t sell used styli”—even though this one was completely unused. After a while, the seller stopped responding to my emails.
This is not about the money—it’s about basic customer service and fair dealing. A reasonable seller would show some flexibility, especially when:
The listing is ambiguous
The item is unused and resellable
The customer offers to cover return shipping
Instead, the response was rigid and dismissive.
Overall, a frustrating experience. I would recommend caution when ordering, as you may be stuck with the item even if it’s unused and purchased based on unclear product information.

Companies House information is not encouraging reading - see filings for SNVINYL (who I thought I'd placed my order with) and 3345RECORDS (the name on the invoice). I don't recommend this company.

Placed a large order, for items which said “In Stock”
48 hours later, nothing, fter a week, nothing, after a fortnight, nothing.. numerous emails and phone calls every day there after ALL we’re ignored, after 3 weeks I finally received an email with a pathetic excuse, this retailer obviously does not stock titles and must order them in when you place an order.
Finally received my order, a month after placing it, and I’m in the U.K! Arrived in one large flimsy box, new expensive Vinyl records packed with no bubble wrap, next to no protection, no this way up notice on the box, or fragile tape, what a DISGRACE to the Audiophile retailers who care about their customers and products.
Plenty of suppliers out there but I would advise staying well away from this one, read the reviews on trust pilot and take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Having read reviews on here I was apprehensive but the price looked good and I chanced my luck. Excellent service, paid via debit card, record arrived two days later exceptionally packaged. Faultless to be fair so felt obliged to post here for balance.

I ordered two styluses for a record player I was given an order number but no payment method it says my order was received fortunately I still haven't paid but neither have I had any confirmation email or a reply to my query from them, I have now gone to another supplier .lack of communication is a big no for me

Thales TTT-Compact Turntable Acrylic Dust Cover ( 475 x 350 x 125 mm ). No other size quoted and no arm I know of that would fit under.
Ordered a cover for a manufacturers standard configuration turntable that does not fit, then the excuses blaming me for not ordering the next size up which there is no option on the page.
£150 in the bin.

Very friendly and helpful, I purchased a vintage table for my son and needed advice on the best stylus etc. They were more than accommodating and shipped quickly. I am looking at upgrading my system and will definitely go back here.
Did Me Right
I ordered a stylus from the site and it arrived a few weeks later. Exactly what I wanted, no hassle, no need for me to chase up.
I felt compelled to leave a positive review because I see all the negative ones and although I am sure they are fair I have to say that my transaction was smooth and fuss-free so perhaps this reassures people (at least those buying something like a stylus, which is what I purchased).
I gave four stars not five because the delivery was on the scale of weeks rather than days, which is less common in these times (2020s), but overall a clean and easy transaction so thumbs up from me.

I ordered & paid for a Bang & Olufsen MMC-20s cartridge on September 29 last year. On January 17 I emailed him because nothing was happening. NO REPLY. On February 10 i enquired again saying I would contact BBC Watchdog if I still didnt hear within a week. Again, NO REPLY. Does this person know anything about COMMON COURTESY? I did report it to Watchdog, and intend contacting a Trading standards officer soon. This "Trader" is in breach of contract under the Consumer Rights act 2015. This could well be a criminal offence.
Scott Nangle Audio is not to be trusted!
Scott Nangal claimed he had a copy of the Stuttgart Mozart Gran Partita and sent me his banking details for payment. I paid and he sent two ordinary records in lieu saying the record was now out of stock. I requested a refund and returned them. He promised to refund the postage too. Neither happened. He keeps promising to refund. Nothing happens. Awful person!
Took 26 days for delivery of in stock item but pleased to say it did arrive.
I've bought a Black Diamond Analogis Stylus from Scot Nangle last year for a M75ED and had no problems so as I needed a replacement for my M95ED and Snvinyl were the only supplier advertising stock I ordered from them. Sadly it wasn't so smooth. I was a bit suspicious when I saw that they asked for a bank transfer up front where as previously I had paid by credit card or Paypal but I trusted them because of my previous experience. I heard nothing from them so after about 2 weeks I emailed them asking when i could expect delivery. I got the Tracking number to follow message but no tracking number appeared so I checked Trust Pilot and to my horror saw that my experience wasn't unique and several customers were waiting months. Fearing the worst I emailed again asking for delivery news and again got the tracking number to follow email again but got no number. 26 days from order I was convinced I was going to have a bad experience when it it was posted though my letterbox this morning. Never did get any tracking number or dispatch notice and had I had my expectations set at the start with a realistic delivery date I wouldn't have been concerned. So as far as I'm concerned all's well which ends well but certainly better communication would have benefited both parties,

Maybe the worst communication and service in the world. Who knows if he’s extremely dishonest or extremely incompetent or extremely lazy. One things for sure, he doesn’t give a shot about his customers. One day I suspect some people are going to find that he or his companies are insolvent and they are not getting their order or their money back.
