We bought two sofas from the Middlebrook store today. Lauren and Immy were fantastic! 10/10 customer service, we felt no pressure at all and they were really patient with my indecisiveness. They were super helpful and knowledgeable as well. I also loved the range of fabric options in comparison to other stores. You can easily tailor a sofa to suit your house with sizing, colours and fabrics. I was spoilt for choice! I'd definitely recommend this store to others. Thank you Lauren and Immy!

We went to sofa superstore in Warrington after being let down multiple times by DFS. Gary F served us and we couldn’t be happier. Nothing but honest and professional throughout the time we were there. We got our couch delivered within a week and we love it, the quality and comfiness is fab.
We did have a slight problem with the cuddle chair as the studs on the side didn’t match the ones on our couch, we rang up and they sorted it for us straight away. The next day they swapped it, took the other one away and replaced it for a new one.

Excellent sofa place u can choose any fabric and style any size. Can’t believe my luck found just what we want at an excellent price with a free footstool. The staff were chatty friendly really knowledgable and not pushy, all round amazing service would definitely recommend!

Joanne was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She helped us choose the perfect mattress and sofa, really listening to what we wanted and giving great advice without any pressure. Went to the store in Warrington to find a sofa and there were so many I was undecided. I was ready to leave when a lovely staff member called Joanne came to help. We discussed how we lived and what would be the best fit for our home. Her knowledge was great and we came away with the best sofa .Absolutely love it and I will definitely be shopping there again. Staff are so helpful and genuine. I even bought a bed.

I visited the Bolton branch, they do sofas that are made to measure and i must say the choice is endless. I was greeted by a lovely chap called Immy who works weekends please see him in store as he was really helpful.

We ordered a sofa from the Middlebrook store in September - guaranteed for Christmas. It didn't arrive. Told it would be with us four weeks after Christmas. Surprise surprise, no sofa after four weeks. When the sofa finally arrived 7 weeks late, the quality was really disappointing and not acceptable for a new sofa. We immediately raised concerns regarding this, but we then had another battle to return the faulty, poorly made item. We have finally received our deposit back. We are still waiting for the return of the first months' interest free credit installment and the agreed compensation amount which was promised to us after us not having our sofa for Christmas.

We are so so disappointed with this company. They have caused so much unnecessary stress. Trying to communicate with them is extremely difficult - we had to travel to store to get answers each time. The broken promises and the poor quality of the final product were really upsetting.

Do not buy from this company!!!!!

We visited the Preston store again. After being so pleased with our first visit. This time we were looking to purchase a suite. Justin is amazing. He is so friendly and knowledgeable about all the suites. I must have drove him daft but he remained polite, cheerful and helpful. Great service.

Joanne was really great and so helpful, couldn’t do enough for us. Whole process really straight forward and sofa ordered.
