Excellent service. Ordered my sofa on Tuesday evening and was delivered on Thursday. We love in the a remote area of Scotland. 8 hours away from the supplier, needing a ferry. This didn't put them off... Voir plus

I cant give zero stars unfortunately. This so called company is a shame! I ordered an electric recliner. I messaged about delivery as it was stated 1-2 weeks. I got no reply even after I contacted them a few times. I got a call and then they wanted to deliver it on the following day. Luckily I'd already got rid of my old sofa. It then comes to delivery day for which I paid installation as me and my partner are disabled. They dropped yes dropped the sofa on my drive way and just left. The sofa was 120kg each so we had to pay someone to bring it in only to find out it wasn't the sofa I order. The pattern was different and so was the sides. I messaged them and sent a picture of it and they said it's a 100% the sofa you order and I sent a picture of the order and said it wasn't. They replied with oh its just a different pattern. Anyway I just left it but then about 3 weeks later it broke and I said to them I want it replacing with a different sofa which was a fabric 3 seater meant to be wilcot but that got delivered and guess what yes it was the wrong sofa again and it was the size of a 2 seater this sofa also cost less that the others so they owed me a refund which I still have not recieved and it's been about a year. I had back and forth messages with them and just got no where. So this sofa ends up ripping whilst having staples sticking out of it and there is blue fabric under the grey and if you look properly you can see the white tag. They are re upholstering sofas these are not the sofas they claim them to be. They are scammers and robbers dont go near this company at all and their customer service is shocking

REPLY TO SOFASWAY COMMENT!! I messaged you the same day the 2nd lot of sofas was delivered saying I wasn't happy I have all the messages. You wouldn't do anything about it. A couple of weeks later it was cleaned and thats when I noticed the staples at the bottom of the front of the sofa!! WHY WOULD I STAPLE MY OWN SOFA!! And there was a rip which you could see underneath this sofa had been re wrapped. how could I do that myself!! You offered me 150 refund that didn't even cover the difference between sofas and I on top I was still owed 40 for installation I paid for and still wasn't refunded. Note to date I havnt recieved a single penny in refunds. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A SO CALLED COMPANY DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!

We would like to clarify that your sofa was delivered almost a year ago. After your first report of damage, we arranged a replacement for you and at that time you confirmed that you were happy with the resolution.

Several months later, you contacted us again regarding further damage. After inspection, the issue appeared to be caused by external impact/misuse, which is unfortunately not covered under our warranty terms. However, despite this, we still provided another replacement in order to assist you and maintain customer satisfaction.

We understand your frustration, however, as per our company policy, refunds cannot be issued after 30 days from delivery. As your purchase was made almost a year ago, we are unable to process a refund request.

We have always tried our best to support you and resolve the issues fairly and professionally.

And the sofa has finally arrived

And the sofa has finally arrived. Diff dimensions, diff legs, not the sofa we ordered. The colour is the same - well done on that front! Very uncomfy. Let’s see what the customer service is like now…will be ringing in the morning….

I brought my sofa from this company…

I brought my sofa from this company they are absolutely unprofessional and very disorganised if you’re looking for quality I would suggest you don’t waste your time and money as you’ll surely be disappointed. They delivered several sofas yet the last one they finally gave me collapsed and instead of them compensating me with a replacement free of charge I was being asked to purchase another one at a reduced price clearly after they knew it was a manufacturer error avoid them at all cost as you’ll definitely regret wasting your money and time.

When your sofa was first delivered in 2024, you raised concerns about the colour. However, the item delivered matched the exact colour you selected when placing your order. As a gesture of goodwill, we still offered a replacement. Upon the second delivery, the same concern was raised again, and once more, we arranged another replacement to ensure your satisfaction. On the third delivery, you confirmed that you were happy with the sofa.

After approximately one year of use, you contacted us regarding an issue with one seat cushion. Even though this was well outside our standard 30-day return/refund policy, we offered to replace the affected cushion to resolve the issue promptly.

Unfortunately, a full refund is not possible after this period, as per our policy. Despite this, we have remained willing to assist and even offered further support. We have attempted to contact you to arrange the replacement, but have not received a response.

We remain committed to resolving this matter and are more than happy to proceed with the cushion replacement. Please get in touch with us so we can assist you further.

The sofa looks nice and fits well in the room. It’s comfortable for everyday use and feels practical. The design is simple and works easily with the rest of the furniture. Overall, I’m happy with it and it suits my space well.
