I ordered two dresses. One dress was ok. But I didn't like how it looked
The second dress, was not as pictured on their website. The top was supposed to be smocked and it wasn't so it was HUGE on me. So I asked to return it, they kept telling me don't worry about returning, if you will pay for the shipping we will send you a different dress.
I kept telling them I shouldn't have to pay for shipping because it was their fault the dress was not completed, or pictured on their website.
I have sent multiple emails trying to explain and they don't seem to understand. So I told them, never mind and I'll keep the two dresses that aren't worth anything.

Don't shop with them

This company is a total fraud! The clothes that I received did not look like what was offered on the website. The fabric was terrible and the clothes were not assembled correctly. When I asked to return the items, the company made it virtually impossible to get a full refund back. The company is based in China ~ not at all what is pictured on their website. Do not buy!!!

After several days of consideration I purchased the lovely Sophia striped summer dress with the umpire waist. I foolishly did not read the "If you return info " as their lovely advertizing caught me hook, line, and sinker. I purchased the size I would order form ( Lands End, Eddie Bauer, Talbots ). The bust was made for a 8 year old. I felt like I had been bound with an acewrap to dress as a flat chested person or new mom not wanting to breast feed. Returns must be sent to ASIA and there is a restocking fee too. This is NOT a business in Savanah. Buyer BEWARE - DO NOT BUY!!!

Would have give 0 but was not an option. Order arrived timely but was not as described - CHEAP material, WAY TOO large, and looked like a formless polyester bag. The return process was nothing like stated. After 4 request for information relating to cost of shipping to "Asia", 3 of the replies gave no information but offered to provide a 10% return and keep the crap and finally a 20% return. The 4th reply gave the address and advised I needed to find my own shipper and estimates ranged from $80 to $140 to return 2 items that cost $100. So now we got a $20 refund and 2 $50 each pieces of trash that we'll donate to Goodwill. Not my idea of a problem free return process. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! Everything about them is a deceitful. They are not a shop in Savannah, Georgia but an online scam operation located in China. The dress I received was not the one pictured on the website. When I contacted customer service telling them the problem and requesting a refund, they tried to bargain with me about what percent of the purchase price they would be willing to refund me. What legitimate company does this?? TOTAL SCAM

If I could give this website a negative star I would. The material is cheap, the dresses do not resemble the pictures and you CANNOT return for dissatisfaction. This is a scam, an expensive scam.

Dress is shabby. Poor quality fabric. Came from Asia, not Savannah Ga, USA. $15 charge to return. Such a rip. Do not buy, you'll be sorry.

There are two companies using the same name! I think the "personal product" company, Sofia & Grace is legit. HOWEVER, the scam company called Sophie and Grace - Savannah (picturing and describing themselves online as a local retailer in GA) is a total scam. Very poor quality clothing items, impossible returns (to China), and absolutely no retail store as presented!

A dress I ordered was made of cheap fabric and was made in China. The advertisements are glitzy. The products are not. I doubt this is an actual store.

Wish I’d read reviews first. Not even sure this an actual company. Agree with poor quality and have had very poor customer service. Advise buyer to inspect website— see how returns are done. I have been trying to return , inquired how and first two replies offered me 10-20% back and not to return clothes. Third email offered 30% and if I don’t want to settle for that, needed to mail items back to China. They gave me the warehouse address and the foreman’s name. Once he gets it and confirms , my purchase will be refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Weird emails and tracking info. Product did not match photo and was not as described. Poor quality. Returns are complicated and expensive. Will never order from this site again.

THE TENA UNDERWEAR THAT WE CHOSE IS REMARKABLE AND FITS PERFECTLY.

Ordered a dress and after 3 weeks received it and nothing like the photo. Horrible material and not the soft crinkly material it shows. Sleeves are orange print and photo is green. Should’ve read reviews before paying $60. Yes free shipping but return for a refund is $15 fee plus you pay the shipping and guess where to? CHINA!! Lesson learned

It took ~4 weeks for the outfit to arrive-nothing like describe-cheap fabric, made in China-terrible fit.
Their return policy is a joke- $15.00 restocking fee, has to be mailed back to Asia and buyers cost, it willl cost almost as much to return as it was to purchase this piece of junk.. Just like the "store" customer service and support does not exist!

Ordered three dresses. They arrived weeks later and none of them fit. One was too tight, one too large, and one too short. All were ordered in the same size which was a 2xl. I usually wear a size 14. When I complained, they wanted pictures of what was ordered and offered a one-time-replacement (I pay shipping) for the dresses and I did not need to return them. I've opted to write off a very, very bad purchase experience. So much for their 30 day return guarantee.

These dresses are not at all as pictured. The material is thin and poor quality. The return process has turned out to be arduous and expensive. They want photos of the dresses before I even send them back. They also charge a $15 restocking fee and make you pay for return shipping to Asia. Never again will I purchase from them

Poorly made. Cheap material. Terrible fit. Return policy $15 fee + paying for shipping to Asia! I would break even if I bother, which I won't. $47 down the drain. What a scam!

Don’t purchase from this company. Poor quality and horrible fit. This is a copy of their return policy, which of course they don’t let you know until you want to make a return.
