Extremely disappointed with Sofology. I purchased a high-end sofa that was delivered with the incorrect feet, rendering it completely unusable and "not as described" under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Despite multiple phone calls and a physical visit to the store, I am stuck in a cycle of broken promises. Every time I call, I am told to "wait a further 48–72 hours" for a callback that never happens. It is unacceptable to pay a premium price for furniture and be left with the item sitting on the floor with no timeline for a resolution.

I have now followed all internal processes with no success. Consider this a formal notice that if the correct parts are not supplied within 14 days, I will be escalating this via a Section 75 claim and the Furniture & Home Improvement ombudsman.

Avoid this company until they prove they can handle basic delivery errors and respect their customers' time.

Laura in the Bolton store was very helpful and friendly. She came over showing us how the touch screen worked and that sold it for us. Not pushy at all.

I went for a look around. Went to DFS first - lovely staff. Couldn’t see what I wanted. On the same retail park was Sofology. I’ve had a suite from there before - no issues. Browsed and went home with ideas. Went back a few weeks later. The staff are amazingly knowledgeable! One recognised we’d been there before and watched us gravitate to the same suite from the first visit. Nothing was a problem - tweaks with the covering (we have cats) tweaks to the format of the couch suite no issues. So friendly - no hard sell. I would recommend every time.

Helpful staff

Very personalised care. My dad has mobility issues so the lovely staff brought the chairs to the front of the shop for him to try.
