Harrison helped us pick our sofa and explained everything down to the difference in the plushness of the cushions. There was a mistake made on the ordered which Harrison rectified immediately.

New sofa damaged and faulty
New sofa damaged and faulty. Scratched newly fitted floor on delivery. Refused to collect sofa and issue a refund when I have repeatedly asked for this .

Really well laid out showroom
Really well laid out showroom, easy assess, vast choice and curtius knowledgeable staff. But expensive delivery charges and refusal to remove existing sofa when delivering new and extremely long lead times was very disappointing

Our delivery charge covers a full delivery and installation service, including unpacking, assembly, and packaging removal.
