Great and helpful service
We were served by James. He asked us what our needs were without being too pushy. He pointed out a few sofas that might suit us.
Overall it was a very good buying experience

The sales person who helped us today…
The sales person who helped us today was great. She was attentive but not over baring. She was very knowledgeable regarding the products and very friendly and approachable. I believe her name was Lola but if I am wrong I apologise. She made our experience in store stress free and we went away purchasing the sofa that will be perfect for me and my family.

The service was second to none but I do think instead of having to purchase a cleaning kit for my new furniture supplying one as a gift would be more welcoming especially as customers are spending thousands of pounds this is the only reason I gave it 4 stars

Me and my friend came in looking for a sofa, we didn’t have any particular style in mind we just knew the measurements. Dawn was very attentive to us throughout the entire shop, and made sure to show us all the different styles that could fit. She took her time to show us all the different options available and we ended up going with a really lovely one! Very happy with my experience 😁

Amazing staff!
Popped into sofology in Cheltenham and fell in love with a sofa.Customer assistant was great he answered all our questions and more ,no pressure , we needed to check measurements back home ,and the assistant set up all the details on an app for us ,so if we wanted to proceed everything was ready for us .

We were very impressed how the staff gave you the freedom to look around and try without being pounced on! ( Next door DFS did exactly that) our salesman was very polite and super friendly 😀

A great day shopping for replacement sofa’s
The staff were friendly and very helpful, they had good knowledge of the products, they were attentive but not too pushy allowing us time and space to decide on colour and fabric all in all a nice experience thank you.!

How helpful they were even when I was so indecisive about which sofa I wanted. Managed to get there in the end but staff were really good and understanding and helped me with exactly what I wanted
