I have paid in full for my sofa yet no receipt!
I have paid in full for my sofa, yet after two phone calls and an email have still not received confirmation of my payment of over £2500.00.
Sofology don’t think a receipt for this is needed.
I hope the sofa is better than the customer service.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, without being overly attentive or intrusive. On our second visit, we decided to make a purchase. The helpfulness of the staff with the apparent quality and value of the products all helped inform our decision.

This review is based on our experience in store as we have not yet received our furniture.
We liked the fact we were not pounced on as soon as we walked in and we were able to browse. When we had a question, help was on hand straight away. Lola helped us choose our sofa and foot stool and ran through everything, however, we must of missed the bit about a delivery charge of £129, which we feel is a bit steep. Despite this, we were pleased with how Lola assisted us and she had great ideas and gave us good guidance.

Sofology knows their sofas!
Friendly, affable and knowledgeable salesperson who was able to answer all of our questions. He didn't pressurise us and explained the different options and extras when buying a sofa.

A great experience and the gentleman we spoke to was super patient whilst we spent a lot of time choosing two designs and two colours that blend well. He was also really helpful in this decision pointing out things we hadn’t thought of. I think his name was Toby.

We were looked after well by the young salesman who was patient and knowledgeable.Although we had a very good idea of what we wanted he was able to put us right where needed and we were able to put the order together very quickly.The deal was closed to our satisfaction

Very helpful assistant in buying a footstool
We found a footstool we liked and the choice of fabric suited what we have in our living room. Toby was very helpful in ordering it - no hard sell, but very engaged and answered our questions.
