Very friendly & helpful service received today in your Farnborough store. Highly recommend.

As soon as we walked in the store we were greeted by Gary, he was very warm and welcoming and asked if we needed help, we explained what we wanted and had to walk to the other side of the shop, poor Gary had a boot on so had clearly hurt himself but he was happy to show us around, I managed to find the exact sofa on a screenshot I had taken, that particular sofa was upstairs.. poor Gary still walked upstairs to show us with a smile on his face..then back downstairs to get a computer and back up again! He was brilliant. We did go away and have a think but came back probably 20minutes later to make a purchase, sorry if I get the name wrong I believe it was Candice that ran us though all of the options and warranty, optional extras and so on, she was great at explaining everything in detail and we walked away extremely happy. Overall a great experience shopping with sofology

Found a great deal on a clearance sofa and they still offered 0% finance which I didn’t expect.

We have spent a lot of time in the last few months trying to come to a decision about a new sofa. For each of our visits we were made to feel welcome, the staff were always helpful and friendly and there was no such thing as 'too many questions'.
Finally, in our latest visit we found the sofa that we wanted... We were helped by Barry, who was a pleasure to deal with. He helped answer more questions and then walked us through delivery & after care. A big thank you to Barry and all the staff that helped us over the last 6 months!

Very helpful young gentleman greeted us on arrival asked if we had been to the store before and as we hadn’t explained that he wasn’t going to hassle us while we looked but was available to help if we needed him. We had one question which he answered efficiently and as we found exactly what we wanted then concluded the sale very quickly with us. Thank you, sorry didn’t get the name he was also really smiley and pleasant.

Sofology lost part of my order which has been fully paid for and whenever I ring up they say you need to wait 72 hours for an internal investigation to where it is but then nobody gets back to you. Still missing and terrible customer service.

Candies was very helpful but not pushy. We really appreciated her expertise.

Barry was helpful, informative and made the ordering process easy.
