Bought a sofa, said they’d ring the next day, three days later I phoned, told I’d get a call back in the next few days, still waiting for a call 5 days on from that call……

We purchased the first sofas we saw as we walked in the door! The staff were lovely, very efficient and friendly, and left us alone to decide on our purchases but were there immediately we had questions to ask. A brilliant way to spend £2500!
