Sofology dont care

I bought a sofa from sofology and the staff in the shop where amazing. Very professional and friendly. The issue with sofology started as soon as I had delivery the sofa that was damaged. It also didnt sit straight or square on a perfectly level floor. I highlighted this to the delivery people and they said that i needed to book an engineer. I did this and when the engineer turned up I showed him when sat in the seats that you lean to the left. He agreed and inspected the seat and said he adjusted it. He said try that. I said it still felt like it leans to the left. He said he would put a report though and they would bring a new set of sofa chairs. I then had a woman call me that said the engineer had put the report through and there is nothing wrong with the sofa. I said that isn't what he said to me. She said that closes the complaint. I said I wanted another engineer to come and give a second opinion. She said she would arrange. The engineer that turned up was the same one that came last time. I asked him why he said nothing was wrong with it. He said there was nothing he could do with it but agreed it wasn't straight or square and when sitting on it it made you lean to the left. I then was called by sociology saying they was closing the claim. When I called to talk to them again they told me that was it. The claim was closed and to enjoy my new sofa. At over £5000 spent I am appalled by there customer service. I have since had to deal with this for well over a year and I dont even like sitting on it as its so uncomfortable. I am now taking legal advise. Just beware whe you buy the sofa from them as if there is any faults with it they wont sort it out and wont care at all

WOW, what a BEYOND EXPECTATION ...

An exceptional place located in Farnborough right next to the Village Hotel.

This is what dreams are made of, let's start with the staff who are very pleasent they let you know they are there, but also explain how they can meet your needs. But no hassle.

The sofas are a delightful for everyone's needs. Please let me emphasise on price payment options available for everyone and their budget.

The employees will also do their best to help you.

I bought an ex display sofa on saturday…

I bought an ex display sofa on saturday and expected delivery within 2 weeks. I then received a call on Monday to say it had already been sold and a refund was to be made. This was poor post sales admin as the sofa was not marked up as sold and it should not have been able to be resold!! Very disappointed that I have to start my search again.

Changing an order

Had trouble altering the colour from my order placed yesterday.
Rang number on email re changing order, after 10 minutes waiting to get through, managed to speak to someone but was told I had to ring the sales team on an 0800 number.
This took another 10 minutes, spoke to a very nice young lady who told me that I have have to ring the original number but press option 3 to get connected to the sales team in the Farnborough store.
Eventually spoke to Abdul who saved the day and altered the colour on my order.
He was lovely and is definitely an asset for the company. If it had not been for him, I would of given this feedback a single star.
Just as an add on, I think charging £129 to have the sofa delivered is very expensive and seems somewhat extreme.

Had a really lovely and straight…

Had a really lovely and straight forward experience. Charlie was a top lad that gave us a knowledgeable rundown of our options and helped guide us towards a lovely sofa for our first home! Highly recommend.

Evan was really helpful! We came into the Farnborough store looking for a beige Mayfair and walked out with 2 grey Cricket style sofas. He used the Fabric care kit and upsold us as we are so impressed!

I purchased 2 sofas

I purchased 2 sofas - one refurbished and i ordered a similar new one. I was advised the new will be exactly the same as the old, but I ordered a massagers. When delivered the new did not have the side buttons and it was not working even with the remote. When I complained i was told "as per our return policy we cannot issue a refund or pick the sofa up". Very very bad customer service. very arrogant staff. Will never buy again. Don't use this company.
