Great experience had at London Road Sofology in Glasgow. Matt looked after us and completed our visit swiftly and without issue. He was also very patient with my 6-year-old daughter.

Met Hannah in the Glasgow showroom who guided round the store assisting with current options, colours, terms and prices. Really good to see a young person being knowledgable about the company’s products and processes while still enjoying her job and promoting the company itself. Great outlook on life. Very encouraging, especially in the current climes.

Great customer care
Gordon from Sofolgy really put us at ease and offered loads of advice and help. Everyone in the store was warm and friendly making the whole experience and purchase of our new sofas a painless process. Would highly recommend to all.

Excellent customer service
We had excellent customer service from Arlene in your Glasgow store. Arlene was very informative and so kind and helpful. She explained everything to us and had great knowledge of the products.
