Ordered 2 sofas and footstool today. Sales assistant very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable in products and assisting with my purchase. Very happy with the quality of sofas.

Staff are excellent, so friendly and helpful.
Sofa choice is outstanding.

I would definitely return to the store based on my experience to date with Sofology in London Road. I appreciated that I was allowed time to look round the store and the space to spend time looking at my potential purchase without pressure from the sales team. When I narrowed down my preferred option staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I dealt with 3 different staff including Desmond and Darragh ( as I was in the store 4 times) and they were very courteous and dealt with all of my queries quickly and easily. Darragh remembered me from an earlier visit and dealt very efficiently with the sale process and made sure I understood all aspects of the purchase. Very happy so far!

Great experience with Hannah at Tollcross.
We were looking for new sofas for our new house and found a style we loved, but were torn between colours. Another colleague started off helping us but was relatively new so a bit unsure on some of the things we were asking. We were totally stumped and getting ready to leave when Hannah approached to offer help. She spoke to us about our dilemma, spoke through some options, and showed us images of our favourite sofa in our colour options online, explaining how different fabrics can make a colour appear different. Hannah was really knowledgeable on the care package for the sofa and provided reassurance on durability when you have a pet.
Hannah was really personable and so patient with us - helpful without being pushy. We ended up picking a totally different colour in the sofa we loved and honestly couldn't be happier with our choice. Can't thank Hannah enough!

Visited the prior ordering our new suite. Proceeded to buy online via website. Abi was incredibly helpful - nothing was an issue. We had some colour issues and sizing, however Abi sorted them all out. Overall the staff are all attentive- thanks to Desmond as well -lovely guy.
Highly recommend Sofology. Can’t wait for the new suite to arrive.

Desmond was very helpful without being too pushy, unlike other stores

The sales assistant (Desmond) was very informative about the product.
He also informed me of additional products to expand life span of sofa.

We have purchased a sofa previously from the London Road shop and were so pleased with the service and goods the first time we went back for more!
A replacement was required for the snug and we had a rough idea of what we were looking for.
Kimberley met us, introduced herself and offered up information about the store and if we were previous visitors. As we were she thanked us and said to call if we required any further info. Very polite and reassuring.
We called on her a few times and everything we asked was duly answered with nothing being a problem.
We had to check at home to confirm some sizes so could not commit on the day.
Everything we were looking at was, on request, sent by email meaning we could place the order from home without having to travel to the shop again - a great way to do business.
We had a change of mind with the colour we had originally chosen so did venture back into the shop after all!
We were met by Matthew who was as equally polite and professional as Kimberley. A quick explanation ensued and we finally agreed on the colour.
Completing the purchase in store was so easy with all care options discussed and also aftercare.
A real pleasure to deal with the staff in this store, a great reflection on the way management are running it.
We would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new sofa.

Amy and Matt were both great, loved how Amy went out of her way to help me choose the right suite for me, and made a great cuppa, and Matt for all his help to finalise my order and having great patience.
