Great experience had at London Road Sofology in Glasgow. Matt looked after us and completed our visit swiftly and without issue. He was also very patient with my 6-year-old daughter.

Had plenty of uninterrupted time
Had plenty of uninterrupted time to view the various choices available to us. The sales assistant who dealt with us, Leanne, was very knowledgeable and helpful in listing all the options available to us. We left very happy with the choice, make and colour of the sofa we have ordered.

Quick and simple
The staff were very friendly from the minute we walked into the premises, they allowed us to browse without any fussing over which was great. When we looked interested in a settee Kimberley came over and showed us all the fabrics and colour swatches we could choose from. Once we made our decision Kimberley went over all the legalities with us along with the payment options. It was a very easy and simple purchase and would recommend them without hesitation.

Lovely and helpful service from Matt.Good advice all round. Would highly recommend. All the staff were very pleasant. Great selection of sofas too. Very happy with our purchase. Now just to wait for it to arrive!

The lady we dealt with (I think her name is Arlene) was great. The sofa we wanted wasn’t in store but she showed us another one with similar cushions to allow us to sit on it. I really wasn’t sure as it’s a big purchase but she was very patient and gave us the time to talk things through and have a look around. All in all we were pleased with the service.

Great shop, great staff
Great shop - very friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. In particular - Desmond from the Glasgow (London Road) store. He was very professional, with a wealth of knowledge about the products in store. Ensuring my wife and I had everything we needed to make an informed decision on what to buy.....whilst he also entertained our two toddlers!

Great experience
Pleasant shop to walk around. Met at the door by Emma who greeted us warmly and advised us about different types of sofas.
Emma then talked us through the sale. She was warm helpful and knowledgeable
The whole buying experience was easy and we left having bought a lovely new sofa and very pleased with our experience
