It was great not to feel pressurised to buy but allowed space to consider carefully before deciding. In my opinion this always produces the best outcome.

Relaxed shopping experience
There staff were on hand, and in particular Natasha who dealt with our eventual sofa purchase, to answer any questions whilst also leaving us relaxed to wander around on our own and come back to them as needed.

Can highly recommend the hedge end store
Really good experience and all really well explained by Steve in the hedge end store, he was able to go through a lot of what we want and didnt want and find the options that best suited us and resolved our concerns for not enough seating with alternative options. All in all a.quick and simple transaction.

Marc was an absolute legend
Marc was an absolute legend, incredibly knowledgeable about sofas, materials, and all the available options. There was zero pressure or overselling, just honest, expert advice that made it easy for us to choose exactly what was right for us. A truly genuine, great experience from start to finish.

I recently placed a made-to-order purchase at Sofology Hedge End and had a fantastic experience. A huge thank you to Sahil, who assisted us. He was incredibly attentive, listened closely to all our requirements, and helped us find the perfect sofa. He made the entire process smooth, professional, and completely satisfactory. Not at all pushy
Had a lovely visit to the Hedge End store. The female assistant (name begins with N I think) was very helpful and not at all pushy. Sent us all the details on an email to complete the order at home. Just a shame it takes 15 weeks

Friendly and easy purchase
Steve was great. He talked me through all the options for my sofa and what they meant. Lovely and friendly guy to deal with, made the whole process really quick and easy. Explained what to do when I get my delivery date and made sure I knew who to call if I need anything. Highly recommend and the sofa is so comfy.
