Sofology - Leicester Avis 

Bradley from the Leicester branch was very knowledgeable about the products they have in store, and he gave us a good deal. and importantly, we felt welcome when we came into the store.

The staff were all extremely helpful, especially Mo and Pati. They went through everything with and made sure we made the right choices for our needs.

After a lot of window shopping and hesitation, I finally found the perfect sofa and a comfortable chair for my wife at Sofology. The entire experience was made exceptional by Katie and Bal.
They were incredibly patient with my numerous visits to the store, helping me choose the right color and a price that works based on my situation. They made me feel at home and gave me great clarity on how the sofa would look in my space.
Bal finalized the purchase with me, walking through the easy steps with so much respect. Thank you, Bal and Katie you’ve made my wife the happiest person, and that means the world to me!

Katie Green was the brilliant sales assistant. She helped choose the right furniture for me taking into the size of my room and the best fabric. She was so friendly and kind and I will approach her in future if a want more furniture

After visiting the store on 2 occasions we decided to place an order. On previous visits we had been given professional & helpful information, without being pressured to make a decision. The assistant,Katie, was able to assist in making our final decision and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We were made to feel a valued customer. All our questions were answered, nothing was too much trouble. Sofa was delivered with the stitching out of line on the rear cushions, delivery team said they would report the defect, nothing heard from Sofology, after sales service appauling, have waited on the phone for over an hour and still nothing

I recently bought a sofa from Sofology, and overall, I’m really pleased with my experience. The in-store team was friendly and knowledgeable — they helped me find the right size and fabric for my living room without being pushy. The range of styles and colours was impressive, and I appreciated being able to try out the sofas in person.
