Service at MK branch is great, and the manager and staff are really helpful and supportive. The buying process is smooth as customer care is great.

I had a great experience with Hema in store, she was extremely helpful and very knowledgable. Hema took the time to sit with me and go through all my options and explained everything really well. I did not feel rushed at all and felt like a valued customer. Anyone visiting the store in Milton Keynes please do look for Hema she’s great, very polite and professional and was happy to answer any questions that I had.

I absolutely know nothing about my order purchased in April. They said it would take 3 weeks for my sofa, which I bought after being told it was in stock. Customer service is not helpful at all — they don’t provide clear information and they are very rude. I contacted them twice to find out where my order is and when it will arrive, but they couldn’t give me anything concrete.
The lady in the store where I ordered the sofa and chair was nice and helpful, but apart from that, the whole experience was not good. I do not recommend them — too many headaches, and the customer service is not up to standard

What made our experience so great was the genuinely helpful and consistent service from both Hema and James. They were friendly, patient, and took the time to understand what we needed without any pressure, which made the whole process feel relaxed and easy.

Very helpful and easy process to order my sofa. I saw it in store and an account was made for me as I had to recheck the measurements. When I got home everything was there and I was able to simply go through and order it

They call it an order tracker, it is nothing of the sort - you can’t track anything. It’s a manual bullshit process updated by human. My Internet network date has changed behind the scenes when I’ve called, but my “tracker” has not been updated for over a week. I pretend to customers that they can actually have visibility of what’s going on with they simply can’t, we’ve just got to sit and wait and hope. The staff on the end of the phone give me platitudes, gave me a lengthy complaints process to follow, and Online I was told I’d be referred to a manager and was left hanging. Don’t expect anything but basic from this company. I haven’t had my so yet, I can only hope it’s 1,000,000% better than their customer service.
