Sofology - Royton Oldham Avis 

We visited the Oldham store where we were helped by D, a lovely bubbly lady who was very patient, informative and helpful. She made sofa buying fun :)

Hi I recently visited your elk mill store and I just want to share my experience. The staff gave me plenty of space to browse and there was absolutely zero pressure, which I and my daughter really appreciated. When I finally decided what I wanted, Millie was incredibly helpful. She is a lovely young woman and made the whole experience completely stress free. I later changed my mind from fabric to trusty leather as I went for the allure with the heated lumbar seats and built-in speakers. Dan (the manager) was helpful over the phone incredibly easy to rearrange my order.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. We’ve been in many times (I’m very indecisive!) and every time we were treated well and the staff were so helpful and kind. The day we bought our sofa they opened the store early for us and made us a brew. They were informative and patient. Honestly a lovely experience.

I had a problem with the leather on the arm rest of my leather sofa. The surface had peeled off on patches. They sent a "technician" round who examined the issue. I was contacted by Sofology who claimed it was "accidental damage!!!! So I have apparently damaged the armrest by resting my arm on it!! They want £99 to come and repair a sofa which is less than 12 months old. Unbelievable. Be aware the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on as they will try to weasel their way out of fixing problems on their products or squeeze more money out of you. My last leather sofa lasted for 20 years with no problems. Disgraceful.
