I was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received from start to finish.
I was approached promptly by Neal as soon as I entered the shop who asked about what I was looking for and really took the time to understand my needs. He encouraged me to ask questions and was very patient in answering them always checking along the way if I understood and repeating information where necessary. He is a credit to your company.
I was transferred over Aliza to finish the sale and she was equally informative and helpful
The service was professional, friendly, and highly efficient.

I have no problem with the people or staff. Can’t comment on the goods yet as it’s awaiting delivery. However, I came really close to not purchasing my sofa due to the EXTORTIONATE £129 delivery charge and with no option to collect yourself from the store. I could have hired a van for £50, a fraction of the cost. Not sure how they can justify such a ridiculous delivery charge on a £2k purchase

BEWARE !!!
When visiting the store I selected a potential suite (3 seater, 2 seater and foot stool) but was concerned it may not fit into my house. My first instinct was not to order there and then but to go home and measure before ordering. I was assured that if I ordered then, I had 48 hours to cancel if on returning home I found it was too big. This was discussed at some length with the sales consultant. I made the error of taking this as gospel and signed the order there and then. It transpired that it is NOT possible to cancel once signed. You are IMMEDIATELY committed to an order. The most they will offer is to select a different suite. DO NOT TAKE THESE PEOPLE AT THEIR WORD. - DO NOT SIGN ON THE SPOT !
My advice - SHOP ELSEWHERE - Sofology have gone out of their way to be unhelful on this issue. I will make sure to pass my story on to as many as possible to ensure they steer well clear of this complany.

What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond. After placing the order, I had to call back to make a few adjustments, and he handled everything so patiently and efficiently. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and he made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.
It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service these days, and it truly made a difference. A big thank you for making the whole process stress-free, would definitely recommend to family and friends

Don't purchase a sofa from Sofology unless you expect to never receive any helpful and supportive customer service following delivery. Their sales staff in store are badly informed/trained about the products and Head Office just states "well you signed a document to confirm all options were discussed". How, as a customer, do you know what all options are if the sales staff haven't been trained on all options??
Check for reviews after delivery as I did originally give 5 stars for my initial visit. Deleted that review as their aftersales is appalling.
Standard response from social media team. Ive already been through their full complaints procedure and received another standard response: I signed to say all options were discussed. If I didnt know there was another option, how would I have known all options were discussed?

Once we'd decided on what we needed Ali made the experience the easy and simple....
Made adjustments 24hrs later over the phone,nothing was to much trouble..

Sofa hasnt arrived yet so cant feedback on the quality etc.but the sales process was great.
