Very pleasant experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, who told me everything I needed to know. I can recommend the store based on my experience.
The lead time seemed a tad long but I knew that from the outset if that could be improved on in the future I feel that can only be a good thing.

Bought a sofa costing over £2000 had it 3 weeks and is broken. I now have to wait 3 months for the part I’m disgusted quite frankly.
Been asked to email them on their reply and lo and behold no answer again. The other side of the sofa is now making a clunking noise I’ll be making a formal complaint

There’s a great range of sofas in different combinations, displayed in a spacious showroom. Our salesman (Leon) was Friendly,knowledgeable and patient in helping us make our choice. Agreed on a great price that suited us and a quick delivery date.

After an initial visit and already choosing our sofas, a consultant (Leon) offered help on our 2nd visit and added a lot of perspective and interest in our sofa choices and ultimately made the experience really enjoyable. Definitely a great asset to the team and i’d recommend this branch based on that experience alone.

Initial Positive Experience, Catastrophic
Delivery Failure
I initially had a very positive experience with the sales team. They were excellent, which is why I chose your company over larger competitors. However, the subsequent delivery process has been a catastrophic letdown at the worst possible time, demonstrating a complete lack of compassion and accountability.
The Failure of Process
We followed your explicit instruction not to sell our existing sofa until delivery was confirmed. We received official booking confirmation a week ago and were given the final delivery time the day before it was due. Crucially, we were told that delivery would only be scheduled once the order was physically ready in your warehouse—specifically to prevent the situation we are now in.
On the evening before our confirmed delivery, we received a call stating that the item was not in the warehouse but still in port and would not be available for at least another six days. A new delivery date "will be arranged in the future."
The Devastating Impact
We had already paid the significant, advance delivery fee, moved our entire house around, and arranged for the old furniture to be removed in preparation for your delivery. Our existing sofa is now gone.
The consequence is severe:
I am left sitting on the floor.
My wife is disabled and must now remain in the bedroom for the next couple of weeks due to the lack of appropriate seating and support.
When I explained this dire situation, the attitude on the phone was an unapologetic shrug: "Well, there is nothing I can do" and "It's one of those things."
Serious Concerns and Lack of Trust
This entire sequence suggests one of three highly concerning scenarios:
We were lied to when told delivery is only booked once the item is in the warehouse.
The confirmed item was given to another customer.
The item was somehow damaged after booking confirmation.
We followed every instruction, paid upfront, and rearranged our lives, only to be left in an unacceptable situation with zero empathy. My faith in your company is completely shattered.

Was a great experience from initially looking to buy a new sofa, through to actually buying one. We first visited to have a look around the Solihull store after looking on line. We was welcomed to the store by Aliza, but most importantly wasn’t pressured, we was given time and space to browse at our leisure. We looked at and tried various sofas and actually decided we liked one we hadn’t even considered online the most. We went off on our first visit to another well known sofa shop not far away to compare what we had tried here, we fairly soon came to the conclusion none of these didn’t come close to what we had tried at sofology. We returned the following day and was again greeted by Aliza who was once again very pleasant and knowledgeable and we couldn’t fault her in anyway. We soon had our new sofa on order and was left to stay and play with the showroom one as long as we wanted. All round great experience, very pleasant and smiley staff and wouldn’t hesitate to go back
