Great service and really knowledgeable staff which helped us pick the right sofas for us. We’re in the middle of moving house and had questions about the delivery times and what if our move fell through would we be able to cancel etc. The staff member named Paris was really helpful and seemed very experienced to allay our fears and help make the right choice for us!

We received excellent customer service from Paris whilst deciding on a sofa.
She was lovely from start to finish being extremely helpful and patient.
Her manager Gemma was equally the same.
The whole store has a pleasant professional atmosphere.

We didn’t feel pressured into buying any of the products. When we needed help the staff were very informative about the products and helpful with our questions. We felt confident that the furniture that we decided to buy was the right choice for us, so we weren’t having second thoughts when we left the store. Which is very important when you’re faced with a large amount of choices.

We had already visited your store, we just wanted to confirm what we liked was what we wanted before ordering.
And the sale price was a bonus.

We asked for numerous, sizes, options, prices and spent 3 hours choosing our sofa and the salesman was very helpful.

Very helpful and knowledgeable told us all we needed to know about our sofas,also taking out the insurance,the only thing is the delivery,I do think that should be free for the amount of money,one is spending

We wanted powered recliner sofas in black leather and glider feet and we found the perfect ones
Only 4 stars due to add on costs, insurance, care products and delivery
