A unique experience for the family
It was quite an experience. We went I. To get the understanding of different leather finishes and was in awe of the technologies that was available in different selection and we decided to invest and with the store rep, he was able to guide and inform us which helps us to make a conclusive decision on our purchase. We went away to decide on our style colour and features and retuned the dollar week to seal a deal which we are anxiously awaits delivery.
Thanks again to all the staff at stock port branch.

Staff made the experience!!!
Staff in the store were knowledgeable, approachable but also willing to give time for the customer to think and mull over the decision whether to purchase a sofa.
I found the staff honest with no hard sell and able to help and answer queries efficiently and effectively.
We purchased 3 recliners and would highly recommend the browsing and shopping experience at Sofology at Stockport! 11 weeks now to wait for our sofa!

Amazing customer service
Came into store looking for a sofa. Furakh showed us around and showed us the features of the recliner sofas we were looking at. He was friendly and nothing was too much to ask. Ended up buying a sofa and the process was quick. Will recommend to family and friends

Great service with a smile
Great service, Paris the advisor spent time with us, showing us the different colours on sofas around the showroom. she explained all the details of the sofa we were looking at and answered all our questions.
I would highly recommend sofology as they make you feel very welcome and special.

Brilliant service
Helpful, friendly, patient and professional. Very informative with a definite sense of no pressure. Visited store two weeks earlier and received the same outstanding level of service. Came away and had a think. Went back to buy, and met with same friendly attitude. Felt valued from start to finish.

Gemma was fantastic, very professional and very welcoming from start to finish. Gemma helped me design the sofa to fit my living room perfectly, extremely happy with the service I received today, walked out of the store a very happy customer and would highly recommend.
