Sofology - Stockton-on-Tees Avis 

Got mislead during the purchase process, being told that the sofa would fit through the door since the backs and armrest could be broken down.
After two failed deliveries, lack of communication between Sofology and the delivery warehouse (turns out not all the backs come off), and multiple chases via phone and in-person at the store, we are left with no sofa and Sofology is not willing to waiver the cancellation fee (over £600). Now we have no sofa, it looks likely that we will be £600 out of pocket and I am 9 months pregnant. Terrible company that does not care about the wellbeing of their customers.
We will keep fighting to get the cancellation fee waivered. It is the least they could do as a goodwill gesture for all the stress, anxiety and disappointment they have caused a heavily pregnant woman and her family.
Unacceptable.

Ray the sales person he was helpfull, answered our queries. Helped us good old fashioned customer service. He was approachable, wasn't pushy had a great sense of humour and made the transaction very easy. He advised of the finer details which some people tend to omit. There were lots of choices of suites but he guided us to the right suite for us.

We looked at various outlets and found nothing we liked particularly until we visited sofology the store was very modern bright and full of beautiful sofas in many colours and styles we found the perfect one ordering was straightforward delivery time was confirmed yes it was a long time away but was made clear from the outset
Delivery was made when expected guys were very helpful and fixed it all together
We had full care instructions and are now enjoying sitting in it 6 months later and still as good as new unlike our previous purchase

The sales lady in the shop was very friendly and helpful when we were looking at several settee options. email documentation arrived as agreed, now just waiting for arrival of corner settee.
