Excellent service and quality
Service at the Lakeside shop was superb! The quality of their sofas are amazing, this is the 3rd sofa we buy with Sofology and wouldn’t look at any other retailer.

Lakeside staff amazing
The staff in the lakeside branch are amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable. We have been in many times looking for the right sofa and Saad has always been so helpful, remembers what we are looking for and I cannot fault his service

A Great Experience
We made several visits before we finally decided on our new sofas. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Every time we ended up with Saad who was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy with sales pitch. He patiently went though all of the options and we are happy with the sofas we wanted. The sofas all seem to be good quality and the range is vast. A great experience overall.

Very helpful and patient salesman
Very helpful and patient salesman. Steve showed me various reclining chairs and offered a wealth of knowledge about each one to help me decide which ones to buy.

Professional salesman
What made our experience great was the professionalism of the salesman Steve. He took his time to talk us through and showed us the various options and choices we have. It gave us the chance to make an informed choice.
The showroom was airy, clean and the furnitures well arranged.
I have visited many furniture showrooms but I was really impressed and happy I chose to purchase my new furniture from Sofology.
