John in the Thurrock store was very helpful. He was informative and friendly. The process was smooth and easy. He gave us space to make decisions but was also very good when we needed help choosing the colour.

The staff member who served us was polite and knowledgeable. He explained all the options and overall it was quite good experience.

We had 2 visits to the store deciding which settees to buy, Steve and Jon were both very helpful, and knowledgeable, which was a great help

John was amazing from start to finish. No pressure approach, incredibly informative and made the whole process enjoyable. Highly recommend, really lovely store too.

We was promptly served by Rob in the Thurrock branch. He was fantastic at guiding us to what would be suitable for our home, pros and cons of materials for our day to day needs and thoroughly explained all aspects of the sofa in detail. We are very thankful for his help!!

The choice and selection was helpful at the store and the staff were helpful, friendly, professional but not too pushy. The advice given about the finance and payment was incorrect and poor. Logging onto the account on the finance company's website is also poor and slow. You will pay a deposit and at least two monthly payments before you receive your furniture. If you make a large payment it reduces the length of your credit agreement not the monthly payments which was contrary to the advice given b6 the store.
