They sent me the narrowest shoes possible, when I ordered wide, and are continually refusing to admit that they sent the wrong ordered. Don't buy from these people. And they expect you to pay return shipping for a refund.

My sister has lupus and her feet are always killing her. I bought her 2 pair to try just to see if they help. The first day she wore them she was able to complete her walking circle! She had not done that in over a year. She could hardly walk and this is a person that has pain tolerance like i have never seen iny life! She had 2 blood clots in her lungs and a blood clot in her leg and no one believes her until they ran tests!! If i could provide these shoes for her to have a pair for every day i would! She literally puts them on when she wakes up and does not take them off until she goes to bed! I was going to buy her Hokas if these didn't work, but she ended up getting a pair of hokas and likes these shoes better! The one thing I will say is that she says that they wear down kinda fast, but i have since bought 3 more pair for her! The price is awesome so if you have these problems they are definitely worth a try! They have given her back her quality of life!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you softsfeel!!

They changed their shoe sizes without notifying me so all 3 pairs were too small and to return them you have to pay to send them to China…DO NOT ORDER from this company, nothing but crooks.

Well we ordered two pair for me and two pair for my wife same sizes for her and same for me. Mine were 11 1/2. One pair was size 13 and the other was 12. My wife ordered 6 1/2 and one pair was 5 1/2 and the other was 7. The quality is poor. The tongue on the shoes is just a thin piece of material as is the rest of the shoe. When we tried to return they wanted us to pay all the cost to send them back, over 40 bucks to do so. For their mistake. Do not order from this company. If you are satisfied with their product it will just be a fluke. One star is more than they deserve. They are crooks.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Every pair they sent was the wrong size, and they sent men’s shoes when women’s were ordered. Plus took the shoes to a foot specialist…who said they are terrible for people especially with back and foot issues, as they offer no support along the back of the heel and have very hard soles

FIVE months and NO Shoes!! After contacting them to question where they are? When will I receive? They suggested I give them my credit card info for a refund!?! WTH!?!

This company doesn't deserve the 1 star, they sent the order to the Wrong address and said that I gave them the wrong address and they made it difficult to get the package resent to me, but they wanted another thirty dollars to do that, so I reorder the shoes and they got the sizes wrong. I think this company is a fraudulent site, So please don't order NOTHING from Softsteel...👎👎👎👎👎

The shoe quality is horrible. I ordered 9.5 wide and received a size equivalent to a 10. They most definitely were not wide. Their email response was that they sent the correct size and that I would have to pay for shipping back to China. Definitely a sham company

Trash company …. First off it china they ship to from china … I got a size 12 fit like a size 14 plus and same with my wife’s shoes … then the return policy is very very not descriptive then when emailed they said you can return but you have to ship back to us in china and pay shipping then we will check over product to determine and then offer 50% off to buy the “ right size “ even thou we did .. scammers junk company now we are out the money and have crap shoes

They have great color schemes for the shoes. A cool design. Fair price. But they do NOT help with back or foot pain. I have neuropathy and these shoes don't help one bit with the pain. Infact makes it worse. Hell Sketchers walking shoes help with the pain better than these crappy shoes do. Yeah they look good and decent price.

Only giving 1 star because I have to. I order my first pair and they did not not fit I messaged and they said I had to either pay for the shipping to send them back or I could get 50% off my next order. The address was not understandable so I took the 50%off. I was told this time to order a half size bigger so I got myself an 8 and my daughter a 7.5 both wide. They came her shoes were so big they got my other daughter that wears a 10 so the means shoes must run bigger. My shoes the one pair were still a little snug but fit and hurt as soon as I put them on the other pair were a little looser and more comfy so I thought, I wore them to work. Mind you I got these because I have fibromyalgia, herniated discs through my entire back, degenerative disc disease, my feet swell due to a heart condition and that’s what they advertised for I have been in severe pain since yesterday and can hardly walk. I wore them 4/1/23 it is now 4/2/23 at 10:30am. Not happy at all. I have taken a hot bath, tried Tylenol, ibuprofen, heating pads 3 kinds to be exact and pain pills. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOSE

This company is a rip off, their size chart is completely wrong. They sent me the wrong sizes, and won't do anything about it. They will stop all communication with you if you keep emailing them.

If I could give this company a zero star I would, worst company I have ever dealt with. Said I have to pay to have shoes returned or they would give me 50% of a new pair. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Used a company like this before and they did the same thing, stay away from these places you will never get your money back or an exchange.

I ordered 8.5 shoes. They sent me 10.5 and said i had to pay to return them.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND
WRONG SIZE, NO REFUNDS, STUCK WITH A PAIR OF OVERSIZED & POORLY MADE SHOES

I ordered 12.5 wide, got a euro size 52, which translates to US size 17. I complained. They tried to say Euro 52 is a US 13, which is wrong. Told me I could mail back to China at my expense (very expensive) and they’d give me 50% off another pair. Right…pay more money to get screwed again. Terrible company…stay far away from.

I ordered women's size 10.5. I received MEN'S 10.5. Shoes are way, way, way too big, and they refused my request to return them.

RUN! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
